When it was our turn to order, the kind person taking the order presented us with a coloring page and some crayons because he saw my little one. It was very appreciated. Whoever was working the drive through this morning at 1030 was a Rockstar. They were so polite and helpful, and it was such a nice change to have excellent customer service, especially at a fast food joint. Ambiance here at In-n-Out is always super casual. The employees here always seem happy, and take care of their customers quickly. If there's a wait, it's because the burgers are delicious... The insanity here is real... It's as if they're the newbie in town the way that I saw many gathered here for a meal as the 20+ cars at the drive thru snaked though the parking lot of Charleston Commons Shopping Center but I was hungry and didn't feel like a long drive to search for a bite thought that this would be my first experience at an In-N-Out Burger. Never have I seen a simple menu literally four items besides the drinks it's a Double-Double, Cheeseburger, Hamburger and French Fries and the prices I see why many flock over here it's basic and all that they do already at the price not many will beat so I got the Cheeseburger $3.70 and fries $2.15. Even at that price your burger is loaded with lettuce, onion, tomatoes and a 1000 island-dish sauce which wasn't that bad but since it was my first time there I wasn't sure how it worked you order given a number and wait. The staff there are amazingly fast and efficient and see the management there monitoring it all and making sure that everything is done properly was quite amazing. Numbers are called out loud and clear and though the dining area had decently amount of seating many took theirs to go. I did find a nice table and didn't realized there was an area for ketchup and other condiments lol I guess I was just too hungry...took a few picks cause then it was all gone. Simple 3 choice menu with corresponding sets: Double-cheese, Single Cheese, Single. Animal-style if you want. Fries are freshly made. Garnishes: lettuce, white onion, pickles and tomatoes, are incredibly fresh. Prices are attractive and affordable. Servers are friendly, attractively uniformed, attentive, clean, patient, fast, and articulate. If there would be any oath for all fast food workers there it is. Burgers are always great but the it is always packed. It can be 12pm or 12am there is always a long line, inside the store or in the drive thru. The workers do the best they can in taking everyone's order but it is definitely busy. This will be the only drawback to getting burgers here. Everything is made fresh as the line is continuously moving and new orders are being placed. You can visibly see the way they make the burgers and fries. Make sure you plan ahead and be patient! Ordered chocolate shake thru the drive thru. I took a big gulp of my shake a realized it tasted awful. I called the number hoping they would exchange my shake. The nice lady over the phone said to keep the shake because of covid and Kenny ( the manager) would send someone out to give me a new one. If I could I would give this location a zero star. Let me start off by saying that we are writing this to inform anyone who is planning on eating at this location . I absolutely love in and out but after this experience I probably will not be going back. We got three protein style double doubles for our crew at the office . As my coworker was eating it she noticed that the napkin was bloody , she began to look at her hands to see if she had a cut , then she looked at the burger which was cooked very well and there was no sign that the blood came from the burger. At this point she began to thoroughly investigate the burger and found that there was blood on the tomato and the lettuce which she already had consumed half of it. We were all pretty grossed out by it but by then One person had finish his whole burger and I threw mine away . We proceeded in calling in and out corporate office and we're told that we would get a call back so they could make this right. We have yet to receive a call and get any kind of clarity on what the next steps are. We have saved the burger and the napkin to be tested if need be. Since this is a very serious situation if it is human blood , in and out should've been more responsible and trying to figure this out. Very disappointed and we will be seeking legal advice from this point on. I repeat DO NOT EAT at this location! Do better In and Out read more

The location where this in n out is located isn't the best and doesn't smell very well either (So A/Cs are recommend if you're in the drive thru). The lines are usually bazaar but there times where they aren't. You just gotta catch them at the perfect time. I come here often, but today I decided to write the review bc everything was delicious!
