The biggest perk of this Five Guys location is their hours. You can literally get a burger and fries for breakfast at 8am or a late night snack at 3am. They are open from 8am to 4am!!! This location is massive. A ton of seats including booths and high top tables. It's located right next to Venetian on the Strip. In addition to their well known burgers and fries, they also have a milkshake station and free peanuts to snack on (so those with nut allergies beware!). The reason for 4 stars is the steep prices (almost $14 for a burger and $7 for a regular sized fries) and it took almost 20 minutes for our food to come out. This huge space used to be Sephora but now it's the biggest Five Guys we have ever seen! This place is hugeeeee and stays open late till 4am. The girl working the milkshake machine is super sweet! I asked for a custom order of Neapolitan shake (3 combined flavors of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry). She said this is the first time anyone has asked her to make a Neapolitan shake. She made me one but asked me to try it first to make sure it's not too much chocolate in it or she can make me a new one until I'm satisfied. That's great customer services! We also ordered a small Cajun fries because we know Five Guys always dumps in alot more extra fries than we can eat. They are super generous with the portion. Best Five Guys I've ever been to. After dropping hundreds of dollars on fancy meals for several days in a row , I just needed a burger and fries and this Five Guys was literally connected to the Venetian hotel where I stayed. It was the same great Five Guys food ( if you like Five Guys) in a sort of flagship big bright restaurant. Place was clean, folks were friendly, food came out fast. Was a great experience. Prices seemed same as back home not Higher Vegas strip pricing. read more

After seeing No Doubt at the Sphere, ya know I had to come here! I got the bubbles veggie burger with cheese & their Cajun seasoning on fries. And yes, I got dried peanuts for my Mom because even if I am allergic to them, we still love our moms. Bubbles has the option in a bowl or in between lettuce & that's how got it. Atmosphere is fun and nice to see people from all over the world. The wait was long & they also have spiked milkshakes. Only caviar I have is that this spot doesn't offer ranch as a sauce option!!! What a FUN FIVE GUYS! So many fun photo ops in the restaurant, super friendly staff, very clean restaurant, quick service, and my goodness I could eat those crispy fries all day long! Super easy to either order with an employee or order on a kiosk depending on the line and how busy the restaurant is. I like that they gave the bar with their booze shakes (which a woman was RAVING about BTW) is to the side to minimize crowding. I got a burger lettuce wrapped, and the patties were cooked perfectly, tender, nicely seasoned, and thick. I just had a simple cheeseburger and it hit the spot when I needed some salty goodness. Kiddo got the double bacon burger, and he HOUSED that burger so fast. The bacon wasn't razor thin - it was nice, crunchy, gave some great flavor and was delicious. I love Five Guys fries, and when they are made fresh and eaten fresh, they are so flipping good. They use peanut oil to fry the fries, and it just gives a flavor and crunch to the potatoes that I love. I love that they fresh cut the fries and get them just a smidge browned, because the flavor is so good. I couldn't have a shake, but my kiddo got one and said it was the star of his Five Guys experience; it looked fire to say the least. Delicious burger cooked to order once you order it. They add any and all toppings for free. Cashier was friendly and the staff who cook the burgers very professional. Five Guys is pretty much a slam dunk at any location our family has visited across the United States. This location, however, dare I say, is extra special. Not only is it on Las Vegas Blvd., but it is also Five Guys' largest location in the entire United States, and the customer service is phenomenal! Judy really made our experience that much more enjoyable. She took the time to explain all their offerings as this location has a much more vast menu than your standard Five Guys. There is a bar area in which Icees along with alcoholic slushies and other bar type drinks is offered along with different flavors of milkshakes- even boozy milkshakes. You can expect the same delicious burgers, fries, and complimentary peanuts here too. They even put in a glass window where you can watch team members making fresh French fries. There is plenty of indoor seating and it's very clean. Prices are not too far off from off-strip Five Guys menu prices either. The only positive thing about this place is we barely had to wait, it didn't cost us an arm and a leg and it was conveniently located near the Venetian- otherwise the food was terrible. This is the biggest Five Guys that I've ever seen! Located on the strip outside of the Venetian Hotel, it's spacious, easy to get to, and the food came out quickly! We were getting g ready to go to a show at the Sphere and had a couple of hours so we walked over to Five Guys to get a burger. We were so impressed with the service we received from the minute we walked into the restaurant. They took our order, which we both got the patty melt fully loaded, which we should have split, and Large Fries that could have fed a family of five! The food was excellent and the fries nice and hot and were probably top fries we have had in a while. We had a worker who kept checking on us constantly, which we have been at other Five Guys and no where close to this. The store was nice and clean, saw several workers constantly sweeping and wiping. It is not possible for the fries to have any more salt on them. They were so salty I had to throw them away! Ruined an entire meal. So an employee asked me if everything was alright so I went from 1 star to 2 stars just for that but his response wasn't great: "yeah they come out that way sometimes. We didnt know if we wabted to go into Five Guys because I wanted a frozen adult beverage, I thought front Fat Tiesdays. But Judy changed all that. She was smiling so much and so friendly we came in. She explained the drinks to us. So many options! We got our drinks but honestly She was so fun we stayed for over an hour talking with her. She was absolutely a delight. Her manager Nikki came to check on us and we all had a great conversation and so many laughs. Highly recommend this place! And their fries? Chefs kiss! I normally don't write reviews, but I felt the need to after my experience here. My order was made completely wrong, and I requested for it to be remade. When I got my food again, it still was not correct. So I again asked for it to be remade completely or to get a full refund, and got a manager involved. I was slightly annoyed, but I was understanding to how busy they were and how stressful the job can be. However, that changed when I spoke with Alex. His shy demeanor, terrible attitude, and unwillingness to actually resolve the situation per my request left me so frustrated that I just stormed out. LOVVVE this place!!! Everyone is so friendly and we were welcomed the second we walked in. We went late at night and to our surprise they were still open! We got a cheese burger cut in half to share and a large fry. The portion of the fry was wonderful and more than enough for two plus some. It was around 2am a few days ago we went and disregarding the time everyone was positive and just oh so kind. If you want a burger worth your money, this is a place you must try.
