Hattie B's is a Nashville hot chicken sandwich restaurant located on the Vegas Strip. It was originally founded in Nashville and this location is on the second floor of The Cosmopolitan hotel. It's at a food court with some seating throughout. Nashville hot chicken differs from other types of fried chicken in that it's brushed with a spiced cayenne oil after frying for extra flavor and kick. We ordered the chicken sandwich ($17.50) and the pimento mac and cheese for our side. We ordered it mild which still had a good kick and I liked the comeback sauce. The chicken was on the drier side though and not as good as other locations I've visited. The pimento mac and cheese was creamy and cheesy. This place also sells boozy slushies which are popular items especially in Vegas. It's a fast casual spot and the food was good.
Chicken Sandwich ($16.50) - I tried this in Nashville and it was much better this time around because I ordered the Hot spice level, which was so much better and more flavorful than their Mild. It's not one of my all-time favorite hot chicken sandwiches but it's up there and still worth trying! It's such a bang for your buck meal in Vegas.
Hattie B's is on the 2nd floor in the Block 16 Food Hall. My daughter chose Lardo which is right across from Hattie B's. The counter service cashier was friendly and we were lucky to find seating in a booth along the wall. The food hall stays busy. Order: 3 pc tender meal with fries, mild spice. It was ok; the tenders leaned toward the dry/stringy side. The fries, however, were hot, fresh, and quite lovely - and I'm not a crinkle cut fry kinda gal.
My partner has been raving about this Nashville-style hot chicken for a while, so during our visit, we stopped by as a friend worked as the Cosmopolitan Hotel, so we came here first to grab lunch. The service was pretty fast, not a long line on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was pretty packed as it was a food court area. The area was nice, you have your variations of restaurants to choose from, and a communal area to enjoy the food. I got the chicken sandwich medium and the mac n cheese and found it pretty tasty. I personally thought the chicken would have a bit more crunch, but also realized it would be on the drier side, as it was more on the dry rub type of fried chicken vs dipped. My partner got the tenders and coleslaw, and I really enjoyed the coleslaw. I could've eaten a tub of that myself! Overall a good place to get a chicken sando if you're nearby!
We had the original in Nashville and wanted to see how well it's made here. The tenders were made to order to desired heat level. We got medium which still had a little kick to it. It's next to Marquee in the food hall area on the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan so a good place to grab something before the club.
OVERALL : Was craving some chicken tenders / hot fried chicken while in Vegas and decided to stop by this spot after hearing that it was a well known spot in a couple other states (TN, AL, GA, IL, and TX). They are located in the Cosmopolitan food hall serving up nashville fried chicken, sides, and some boozy drinks. There's seating shared with the rest of the places in the food hall, and you order at the counter then self-seat. Service was fast and friendly. This is a super casual no-frills spot and food came out quick. Big portions (3 tender meal was enough to share between 2) and tasty drinks! Pricing was a bit less than what I saw from other chicken tender meals at other food courts. PARKING : N/A -- we walked here since we were staying on the Strip and ended up at the Cosmo FOOD/DRINKS : Tenders - 3 big tenders served with 1 side and 1 sauce + slice of white bread - We got mid spicy but they had several other spice levels. The tenders were BIG and shareable, but not the juiciest and got a tad salty after eating for a while. Comeback sauce was really good to pair with everything though! For the side, we chose Pimento Mac and Cheese. So creamy and cheesy with good pimento flavor! A la Carte Side - We got some fries on the side and it was the best decision! The fries were thick cut, SO well seasoned, and stayed crisp despite sitting for a while as we ate. Big portion too! Peach Vodka Sweet Tea Slush - Had to get a boozy slush since we were in Vegas! This def had the peach vodka flavor front and center -- a fun and tasty drink!
Hattie B's consistently delivers. Always comes out hot and fresh, employees are friendly regardless of how crazy it is in there, and even when the line is wrapping around the restaurant it never actually takes that long. Great spot if you're in the Wrigley area and want high quality chicken.
One things for sure the chicken is in fact HOT! I ordered the chicken sandwich and one side. That by itself was $16. There were about 6 heat levels and I believe I only tried the third which is medium and it was already pretty hot or I should say spicy. I can't really imagine going spicier than that and still enjoying the sandwich, but my sandwich was still good! In addition I ordered Mac and cheese as my one side. The Mac was ok for the most part. My friend ordered the same sandwich but opted for fries instead and I shared a few and they were tasty!
I ordered the three chicken tenders & one side (Cole slaw) for $17.50. My sauce of choice was honey mustard. Also got a small bottle of water (Fiji) and I was surprised it's $6! Chicken tender was hot, juicy and moist. Personally I would like more seasoning on the chicken, but not bad!

You can find them in the food hall at Cosmopolitan. Lots of food options there - many cuisines are available. Fast Casual style here. You order the food at the counter, you wait and then go pick up your food. Then find a table to eat your food. Easy peasy. I had the small dark with crinkle fries. $15.50. There are many spice level options and I went with medium which was perfect for me! I think it's fried to order but not 100% certain of that. It was on a slice of white bread. And 2 pickle slices. It's not a chicken sandwich so if that what you want, order that and not this. The chicken was served piping hot, fried perfectly, well seasoned, I'm drooling thinking about it now. Comeback sauce is perfect for both the chicken and the fries. Fries were good but the fried chicken is the star of the meal here! Will come back!
Potato salad was very good. Glad that was a free side option . 1/2 chicken was super juicy but sooo much skin. I wanted more meat not just all skin. Chicken sandwich was good. Standard and even at medium has a nice kick
I first heard about Hattie B's when visiting Nashville, but I've only tried their food here in Vegas. They're located in the 2nd level "Urban Food Hall" called Block 16 at the Cosmopolitan. Hattie's offers a variety of chicken, with or without bones, with spice levels ranging from "no" heat (Southern) to "shut the cluck up!" There are a few sauces, some Southern sides and one dessert (banana pudding). They also have a chicken-forward breakfast menu. I ordered the chicken sandwich, mild (one step above no heat), and the Dirty Bird Fries, also mild. The sandwich includes a fried breast, coleslaw, comeback sauce, pickles and one side; I chose pimento mac and cheese. The sandwich was fine, still with a slight kick despite being mild. I couldn't have handled much more spice; I don't like to be tortured, sweaty or drawn to tears when I eat. I ordered to-go, so the slaw came in a container so I could put it on the sandwich myself when ready. I really couldn't taste the sauce. The mac and cheese also had a bit of a kick, I suppose from the pimentos. I recall the chicken sandwich I got at Howlin' Ray's in the Venetian last year more fondly, but the sandwich here is still good. The Dirty Bird Fries were more unique. Crinkle cut fries with crispy chicken tender bites, pimento mac and cheese and comeback sauce. Very tasty, although the fries could have been crispier. I visited when they were not busy, so service was good and the food came out fast. The "hidden" tequila/mezcal bar, Ghost Donkey, is behind Hattie's.
Was in town was craving it since my last time in Tennessee. Ill give this location a 3. Its not the same the chicken was dry no flavor. They dont have grilled so I was dumped. The sides were on point. Beans and fries were still a solid 5. But 4 for the chicken.
Overall, this was a solid chicken spot! The prices were okay--not crazy expensive, but I wouldn't necessarily call them a bargain either. The chicken itself was really good. It wasn't the best chicken I've ever had, but it was definitely tasty and worth trying. The biggest downside was the wait. The line to order and get the food was a little longer than expected. Seating is also extremely limited, so finding a place to actually sit down and eat can be a challenge, especially when it's busy. Overall, I had a good experience. Nothing that completely blew me away, but the food was good, the prices were fair, and I'd consider coming back if I was in the area. read more

I've loved Hattie B's since I've tried it in Nashville and thought it was the best vs. Prince's. The spiciness flavorful and the chicken juicy. The banana pudding here is also a must get. Out go-to is definitely a half-bird, medium with fries or Mac and Cheese. They've expanded the seating in Block 16 of the cosmo so there's a bit more seating now too. All restaurants in this food court are self-service but food prep is fast. read more

Plenty of options in this food court to choose from. Saw a nice size line here so I trusted the people I saw and got right behind them to see if it was worth it. Stopped off for someone to get a frozen drink and ordered the pimento mac & cheese. It was absolutely amazing! It is part of a food court so not the best seating. They were actually pretty quick which was nice. Would love to enjoy again. read more
I was a huge fan of Hattie B's when I tried them in Nashville (still my #1 hot chicken sandwich ever), but I've been holding out on a review for their Vegas location because my first two visits were massive letdowns. I came here twice soon after their opening and it was consistently inconsistent - super dry chicken, burnt bread, slow service, wrong orders. It's been about 5 years and I finally decided to give them another try, and my experience finally came close to what I had in Nashville. Orders were correct, food arrived in a reasonable time despite a busy line, chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and the rub and sauce were perfectly balanced. Their comeback sauce remains my favorite. I like to get "hot", but would probably recommend most people start with "medium" as a tolerable compromise of spice and comfort. Only 4 stars given the questionable experiences I had at this location in the past, as well as a disproportionate Strip upcharge on their menu. I get restaurants needing to charge more on the Strip but the premium here is far more than other competitors. read more

Tried Hattie B's Hot Chicken inside The Cosmopolitan and it didn't disappoint. Service was fast and friendly, food came out quickly even with a line. Prices were definitely higher than usual, but totally expected for the Strip. I got the mild chicken sandwich with seasoned fries, both were excellent. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. My wife had the chicken strips with mac and cheese, and that was just as solid. Great flavor, juicy chicken, and the mac was creamy and rich. Overall, we'd definitely recommend it if you're craving hot chicken on the Strip. Quality food, quick service, and worth the stop. read more

I was excited to try out Hattie B's after hearing so many good things about it but the chicken itself was just not good. It was very dry and very plain. I couldn't even finish it. Gave 3 stars because the fries were good and the service people were nice. If you want some good hot chicken-might want to try out a different place. read more
From my experience eating at Hattie B's, I really like the chicken and the portion sizes of their meals. When I came to Vegas this time around, I did a lot of sit-down dinners. But this time, when I was just trying to grab something to eat, I wanted something filling that wasn't too costly. I ended up going to the food court at The Cosmopolitan, and when I saw Hattie B's, I decided to go for it. I ordered the chicken and fries--it was fresh, hot, and the spice level I chose was on the hotter side, but not overwhelming. It was really good. I also appreciated that they serve large portions. This meal cost a little over $20, and I was satisfied because not only did it fill me up, but I also had leftovers. A few hours later, I was able to snack on the chicken again. If you're thinking about going to Vegas and want a meal that isn't too expensive or overpriced, Hattie B's is a solid choice. You'll be full, and the portions can easily feed more than one person, so it's also great for sharing. Compared to most places on the Vegas Strip, Hattie B's is a cost-effective, tasty, and fast option to consider. read more
This has got to be THE place on the strip to get hot chicken. They're not messing around at all here. They have multiple different spice levels, and two or three spice levels from the max packs some serious, serious heat without being too salty. The chicken sandwich was ginormous and delicious. Outside of it being spicy it was very well dressed and topped with some great dill pickles. I got a mac & cheese side and it was okay, but I think other chicken places do mac & cheese sides better. Regardless, I love how I can just walk into the food hall anytime and pick up a raging chicken sandwich and a beer and just have a seat and chill out. The prices are not cheap, typical Vegas prices. But at least they're not ripping you off, they serve you a huge, spicy and delicious sandwich which is all you can ask for. read more

Everything in Vegas is high. I spent seven dollars for a cup of coffee and just spent $11 at this restaurant for a liter of Fiji water. However, the meal was reasonably priced and outstanding. The flavor far surpasses the Bobby Flay chicken, but does not come close to the crunch. The amount of chicken you get in three tenders is nearly a pound if not more. And the staff was extremely friendly, even being in the fast food cafeteria style. Which seems to be the standard in Vegas unless you're gonna spend $100 a plate. read more
