Fresh veggies, pickles, and onions. I opted to add cheddar cheese for $2 and it was worth it. The burger also came with seasoned fries. I also ordered a $3 Bud Light on draft, what a deal for Las Vegas! My wife ordered a Big half pound burger deal and she really enjoyed it as well. Ketchup also has an amazing happy hour, available Monday through Friday from 3 to 6 PM. We ordered specialty fries (Philly cheesteak) for $6 and a spiked shake (Dirty Sanchez, tasted like cinnamon toast crunch) for $8. Overall, extremely satisfied with Ketchup! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tasty burger as well as amazing deals/prices, including happy hour. Look for Benjamin at the bar. For alcoholic drinks, including their spiked milkshakes, you order directly from the bar. They have some happy hour specials and that's what drew us in. Happy hour is Monday through Friday from 3-6pm. We got their Crunch Dog which comes with fries and their burger & fries special for $5.99. You can upgrade your fries to one of their fry creations for $4. Otherwise you get regular fries - which are still good. They also have a selection of various ketchups that you can help yourself to - siracha, garlic, chipotle, jalapeño, and regular. It's fun to try them all. First of all the burger was over cooked. I wasn't asked how we wanted it cooked so I was surprised that it was so well-done that it was completely dry inside. Second, we were there at 9:30 pm so it was extremely slow. So I don't understand why the waitress seemed annoyed and irritated that we ordered one cheeseburger to-go! We didn't feel welcome or comfortable so it was a good thing we ordered it to-go. Third, why is it $2 to add a slice of cheese on a burger? I had to check out the place named after my favorite condiment. Ketchup in the Miracle Mile Shops has some amazing specials. We got the $5.99 burger and fries and it was huge. This restaurant is conveniently located in the Miracle Mile Shops near the exit to the self-parking garage so it is convenient to eat here while waiting a bit for the lines in the parking pay stations to die down and cars to exit the garage that can get backed up after an event. They have a $5.99 burger and fries deal here which is really good and you can add cheese foe $2 more. We love that they have a variety of flavored ketchup and even fry sauce available (the jalapeno ketchup and fry sauce are our favorites). The vanilla milk shake was also very good, not too thick and they give you a large diameter shake straw which is nice. The staff are friendly and they keep the dining area clean. It's Vegas so there is a bar in the restaurant. The menu is extensive and prices are a bit more than what you would pay for anywhere else outside the Strip. The fries were really good. The burgers were prepared exactly to order which is amazing and it comes with the standard condiments. The burgers with fries without a drink comes to $15. For the Strip, the price isn't bad because you can pay a lot more in some other places. I liked the ease of ordering and the food came out quick. There isn't a true table service other than the clerk bringing you the food. For alcoholic beverages, you have to order separately and it is a walk-up bar. read more

When this place first opened years ago, they made a damn good burger. Sadly, the quality has gone really downhill for their food. The classic ketchup burger tastes like an old frozen patty that has been heated up. With a name like ketchup, was sad to say they put a bean size squirt of ketchup on the burger. Lettuce was shredded and a lot of it was brown. Hot dogs were even sadder. The dog looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since the morning all shriveled up and dried out. I visited here around 5pm on a Wednesday evening to get some food. I found this place on Groupon. This is located inside miracle mile shops. I rode the bus from my hotel. It was a short ride. The long part is walking through the planet Hollywood/miracle mile shops to get to here lol. I placed my order at the counter at 5:04pm. There is no table service outside of being brought your food when it's ready. I got "The Western". I made my fries garlic parm, which was an extra $2.50. Their fountain drink selection is really limited. They only have unsweet tea. They do have sugar packets but everyone knows that's not the same, lol. I sat at the bar type seating by the fountain drinks to wait for my food, which was brought to me at 5:11pm. My food was delicious! I wish they would've added some parsley (or something) for garnish on the fries though, lol. At 5:33pm, I went to the bar to order a spiked milkshake. Happy hour is 3-6pm, M-F. They are normally $13 but only $8 during happy hour. The bartender began and finished making the drinks of those who ordered before me first before making mine. I was torn between strawberry shortcake and loopy. I got the former. It was ready at 5:37pm. It was delicious. The alcohol taste was subtle. To be honest, all the red reminds me of Coca Cola.
