Five Guys has excellent burgers! I went to this location in Sand Lake and had a good experience. The staff welcomed us when we walked in, and I liked that type of customer service. Here, you don't have your typical combo options; you order everything separately. What I like about Five Guys is that you can customize toppings for your burger or select their "All the Way" option with a selected group of toppings. We ordered a little cheeseburger, a little bacon burger, and a little hamburger. We went with the little one because the regular burger has a big portion. The fries portion is big, too, so we ordered large fries to share. If you are into knowing where your food comes from, they have a board saying where the potatoes used for the fries come from. They have the Coca-Cola-free-style machine. Oh and I almost forgot... you can grab free peanuts from a buckets. The Sand Lake location was clean, and the staff was friendly. Satisfied our craving! My mom, aunt, and I came in today for a late lunch/early dinner before they dropped me off at the airport. The service is friendly and kind, and the ambiance is casual and comfortable. As always, the food is fresh and hot and a good portion size! It's been a long time since I've been at this location but nothing has changed. They still have great food and friendly service. Five guys might be all about burgers and fries but sometimes you just have to have a hot dog. I walked in just before 1:00 in the afternoon and there was one person in the place. Not exactly the rush time though. I ordered myself a bacon dog and kept it pretty simple they're just mustard, pickles and drill jalapenos. And also got myself a few peanuts on the side because I like peanuts. Always a tasty addition when you're in any of their locations. My food was prepared perfectly and tasted great. Five Guys is where you wanna go for some goooood greasy fattening food. It seems like Five Guys is pretty consistent as a whole, burgers are a good size and the always over filled fries that make the bag dark brown with grease. Food usually comes out pretty fast and fresh. Fries could be crispier. But burgers are always on point! Sloppy and delicious. Also they have a coke freestyle machine which is always a little plus. The service isn't the best and the employees aren't very friendly but I don't have to interact with them often so that's not too important. I've come here a few times maybe about three and each and every time I've had great service and the food has been great. One thing about five guys is their food is always fresh made to order. Even though I ordered a small fry, they filled the bag up with fries, which is great. I would recommend dipping the fries and the A1 sauce so delicious. What I do is go on the app and order a grilled cheese sandwich and add a patty then I add grilled onions to it with A1 steak sauce. You will not be disappointed. read more

This Five Guys is pretty average. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Our cashier had poor communication skills but the associate cleaning the restaurant was very personable and pleasant. Two of us ordered a BLT with small fries and the third person ordered a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and taste great. Both of the BLT sandwiches disappointed. The bacon taste burnt and crumbled when you bit into it. The pieces of bacon turned into many pieces that kept falling out of the bun. It was like eating a sandwich with a pile of baco's bacon flavored bits poured over a single tomato slice and some lettuce. I would never recommend this sandwich at this location. Love 5 guys. Always a good spot for a quick burger that tastes good. Sometimes it can be hit or miss with the fries being too oily though which is my only complaint however I definitely LOVE five guys and have for years and will continue to go back. We came here ironically after we got tested for Covid with the results being negative. It was the first time in a long time for us to eat out. We saw that there was an outdoor seating area which also steered us to get food here. Inside there were only 4 people so there was plenty of room for social distancing. However the wait was a little long for only 4 customers which I didn't understand. Tables were marked off where you can or cannot sit at for social distancing. I've been coming to five guys for years. As the burger joint explosion hit Orlando, this place still remained at the top of my list whenever I was feeling like a burger. It's a very basic burger but with the toppings, it tends to became very good. Originally, the Kirkman/Metrowest location was the closest but after going by it, it was closed sadly. This is the next closest one to me and it isn't too busy, which is good for, but hopefully not a concern for them. I shall get the double hamburger here and a little fry because they over load the fries in the bag. TIP: Get the Cajun seasoning on the side! But you know what, the cheeseburgers were still warm and delicious. This Five Guys used to be so good. But the last three times I've been there, with last Tuesday the 2nd being the latest, I've been repeatedly let down. The fries have always been just that much overdone that they're a bit too hard and charry on the outside, and not so creamy good on the inside. You know, how it NORMALLY is, at most Five Guys. Then, I've consistently had a stomach bug within a few hours after eating down my burger at this joint. It's too often to be a coincidence. Sad. At Five Guys I expect a juicy burger with all the fixins, a side of fries thats more than I can eat, and a clean, fresh atmosphere to eat it in. While I got all of those things at this location, I was left for wanting on a few other accounts. I visited on 4pm on a Sunday, when there were 10 people working and equally as many people dining, and it took about 20 minutes to get two burgers and a side of fries. If it was rush hour I could understand the wait, but when things were so slow, and the store was clearly fully staffed, I was pretty peeved at how long it took to get our food. Another knock against them was how they have their air conditioning set up--where we were seated (next to the side door), we were pummled by air blowing out of the unit. It wasn't too bad for a minute or two, but for a 20 minute wait, it was really noticable. We had to put our napkins under our drink cups to keep them from flying away. Overall, not a bad place to grab a burger if you're already in the complex it's situated in, but there is another Five Guys just around the corner that I'll be trying out next time to satisfy my Five Guys fix. read more

Five stars for Five Guys. My motto is if you're going to eat fast food then eat the best. This place fits that bill. It sure ain't health food, but it's light years ahead of McDonalds or any of their clones. Ive always loved Five Guys' burgers and especially their fries. I'm gluten-free so I do wish they had a GF bun, but the lettuce wrap is a pretty good option here since they give you lots of lettuce. I eat at five star restaurants all the way down to truckstop diners and I try to rate restaurants in the class they are in. Amazing customer service. Sitting here eating now and everyone is singing out order numbers, happy to serve. A guy comes in looks at menu and prepares to walk out. The guy w locs on the coin line notices and yells out to the guy "sir - have you never been here before?" He noticed that the older guy might have been confused. Love this Five Guys location because it is the perfect distance from my apartment for my to order through the app as I am pulling out of the driveway and when I arrive my burger is just finishing up. I've always encountered friendly staff at this location. All the burgers I've ordered here have been made on point. The restaurant is always clean. There is indoor and outdoor seating available. The soda fountain machines are the really cool Coca-Cola ones with tons of different flavors. Love switching to Vanilla Coke on my way out as dessert. read more

I'm from CA and In-n-out was the go to, a combo of a cheeseburger, fries and a milkshake cost between $7-$9 after tax depending on what city you were in.
