    Little Cheeseburger and Regular Fries
    Kyja W.

Satisfied our craving! My mom, aunt, and I came in today for a late lunch/early dinner before they dropped me off at the airport. The service is friendly and kind, and the ambiance is casual and comfortable. As always, the food is fresh and hot and a good portion size! I got a little cheeseburger with my toppings of choice and shared an order of regular sized fries with my family. I love dipping both my fries and burger in the malt vinegar. It's addictive! Thanks for serving us--always a good time!

It's been a long time since I've been at this location but nothing has changed. They still have great food and friendly service. Five guys might be all about burgers and fries but sometimes you just have to have a hot dog. I walked in just before 1:00 in the afternoon and there was one person in the place. Not exactly the rush time though. I ordered myself a bacon dog and kept it pretty simple they're just mustard, pickles and drill jalapenos. And also got myself a few peanuts on the side because I like peanuts. Always a tasty addition when you're in any of their locations. My food was prepared perfectly and tasted great. Anytime I have a chance to dine at one of their locations it's always a good experience. This is a good size location with plenty of seating available.

Five Guys is where you wanna go for some goooood greasy fattening food. It seems like Five Guys is pretty consistent as a whole, burgers are a good size and the always over filled fries that make the bag dark brown with grease. Food usually comes out pretty fast and fresh. Fries could be crispier. But burgers are always on point! Sloppy and delicious. Also they have a coke freestyle machine which is always a little plus. The service isn't the best and the employees aren't very friendly but I don't have to interact with them often so that's not too important. Overall they're awesome for a quick filling meal!!

This Five Guys is pretty average. The restaurant was very clean and organized. Our cashier had poor communication skills but the associate cleaning the restaurant was very personable and pleasant. Two of us ordered a BLT with small fries and the third person ordered a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was cooked perfectly and taste great. Both of the BLT sandwiches disappointed. The bacon taste burnt and crumbled when you bit into it. The pieces of bacon turned into many pieces that kept falling out of the bun. It was like eating a sandwich with a pile of baco's bacon flavored bits poured over a single tomato slice and some lettuce. I would never recommend this sandwich at this location. All three fries were cooked to order and were very good.

We came here ironically after we got tested for Covid with the results being negative. It was the first time in a long time for us to eat out. We saw that there was an outdoor seating area which also steered us to get food here. Inside there were only 4 people so there was plenty of room for social distancing. However the wait was a little long for only 4 customers which I didn't understand. Tables were marked off where you can or cannot sit at for social distancing. We wound up eating in our car cause the patio seating was wet due to rain!

We did not get any milkshakes but definitely will visit shake shacks near home and try it out. Highly recommend this place!

I ordered a gluten-free cheeseburger as a lettuce wrap and specifically asked the employee to change his gloves before preparing my food. I watched the entire process and he never did. To make matters worse, they had run out of cheese slices and substituted cheese sauce without asking or informing me. I should have been informed and given the choice, not handed a burger with a substitution I never agreed to. Cheese sauce typically contains thickeners that may not be gluten-free, and I had no way of knowing whether it was safe for me to eat. When I raised my concerns with the manager, it was clear he had no understanding of cross-contamination. For anyone with dietary restrictions or food sensitivities, this location is not safe. I've been a Shake Shack customer for over 20 years and have never had an experience this bad. This location stood out for all the wrong reasons: poor food handling, no regard for customer safety, and a level of dirtiness I've never seen at any other location. Avoid!

After spending a day at a theme park and eating their options, it was nice to "clean" your body out with a good and healthy salad. Located on Sand Lake road near Publix and multiple eateries, this place has a wide selection of salads, sandwiches, and a limited selection of soups. Ambiance: 3.5 Stars The place was clean and has plentiful seating. Ranging from bar style or bench and tables. It is Deli style when ordering. Go to the back and select the type of salads, rice / couscous, soups, or sandwiches. There are pre-fixed options or you can build your own bowl. The eatery was clean, open and airy. Natural lighting was pleasant with the large front windows. It would have been a higher star rating for the ambiance, but the bathrooms needed some work. Though it was clean and roomy, there was no soap and limited toilet paper. Staff: 3.5 Stars Deli The employees were friendly and professional. Our server assisted us with questions and our selections. However, with the middle Eastern dialect and his ability to speak at a rate of the sound barrier, he had to repeat a few times for us to understand. Note: His patience was much appreciated. Food: 3.75 Stars We all chose several different salads. Three were pre-fixed and one was customized. 1. Shanghai Chicken Salad - 3.5 Stars Roasted chicken, edamame, scallions, almonds, cilantro, red cabbage, romaine perfectly paired with miso sesame vinaigrette Contains: Nuts, Soy I chosen the chopped romaine leaves as the base. It was light and flavorful from the dressing. However the chicken was a little bit overcooked and dry. The condiments were plentiful and fresh. Though it was good and had protein, I felt somewhat satisfied. I could eaten another bowl. 2. Chicken Shawarma - 4 Stars Blackened diced chicken thigh, kale, hummus, baba ghanoush, pickles, Israeli salad with Greek yogurt and tahini dressing. The based options are rice melody or couscous. I chose the rice melody. This bowl was more satisfying than the Shanghai Chicken Salad. The chicken tasted juicy, tender and flavorful. Choosing a thigh instead of breast brings the umami flavor of the chicken. The fresh veggies and tahini dressing was a perfect match for this option. 3. Santa Fe Salad - 3.5 Stars avocado, corn, local jack & cheddar, grape tomatoes, onions, tortilla chips, local kale, romaine, perfectly paired with chipotle-lime vinaigrette with a fresh lime squeeze. My sister added chicken thigh and avocado Chimichurri dressing. She said it was tasty. 4. South Beach - 3 Stars craisins, walnuts, green apples, blue cheese, local mesclun, romaine, perfectly paired with balsamic vinaigrette. My wife added chicken and swapped the walnuts for pumpkin seeds. The diced breast chicken was slightly dry and seasoning was lacking. The salad itself was good but wasn't too satisfying. 5. Customized Salad - 3.25 Stars My niece chose to customize her salad bowl. She chose chicken, romaine lettuces, shaved Parmesan cheese, cucumbers, edamame, and other veggie ingredients. She chose the avocado Chimichurri dressing which she liked. NOTE: they offer breakfast items and coffee. Selection of various drinks are from a deli refrigerator and they carry some Kombucha options too. Enjoy!

Raising Canes is a fast casual quick service restaurant serving chicken. This is their specialty. We had not been there before so the wonderful guy at the register suggested we order the Box. He said it gives you the best variety. It came with chicken tenders, coleslaw, crinkle fries, a piece of Texas toast and their signature dip, the Canes Sauce. Their chicken tenders are crispy but not super bready. They were very good. It was a nice thick piece of chicken. The fries were very crispy and the Texas toast was delicious. Their signature sauce is their only sauce. It had a little kick of pepper to it but was a really good sauce for the tenders. It was creamy and really yummy. Overall this was a great place. This is the blandest chicken I have ever tasted in my life. If I found out it was marinated in water, I wouldn't be surprised. I don't usually go out of my way for fast food. But today? I did. I made the trip. I committed…read more Because when it comes to Raising Cane's, I'm usually all in. That's what made this one sting a little. Let me set the stage. I pull up to the Kissimmee location already knowing what I'm getting. This place has one job. Chicken. Not a massive menu. Not a bunch of distractions. Just chicken, fries, toast, slaw. Simple. Focused. The kind of setup where you expect consistency every single time. And then the tray hit the table. The chicken? Bland. Like no one introduced it to seasoning. And somehow also soggy. You know that moment when you bite in expecting that crispy crunch and instead you get... soft confusion? Yeah. That. It honestly felt like the oil wasn't hot enough. Which is kind of a big deal when frying is your entire identity. Now here's where it gets even more frustrating. Cane's sauce is usually the safety net. It can cover a lot of sins. Underseasoned chicken? Fine. Dip it, save it, move on. But it cannot fix texture. It cannot create crunch out of thin air. And when the crisp isn't there, the whole thing falls flat. The fries didn't do much to help the situation. Underdone. Under salted. Just kind of there. Taking up space. Not offensive, just disappointing. Like they almost made it to the finish line and then decided to clock out early. And here's the part that really gets me. When you only do one thing, you have to nail it. Every time. No excuses. No off days. No close enough. This isn't a diner with a 10-page menu. This is chicken. How do you forget to make it crispy? Now, credit where it's due. The Texas toast? Still elite. Buttery, golden, doing exactly what it's supposed to do. The coleslaw? Fresh, crisp, actually refreshing. And the staff here? Friendly, efficient, and the food came out quick. No complaints on the service side at all. So now I'm sitting there having this internal debate. Because I know what Raising Cane's can be. And this wasn't it. somewhere in the middle of that meal it hit me that I went out of my way for this and got a version that felt like it cut corners That's a tough pill to swallow in an area like Kissimmee where you've got options everywhere you turn. Great food is not hard to find around here. Which makes subpar chicken stand out even more. Three stars. And that feels generous based on the sides and the service carrying the weight. But let's be clear. I'm usually a five star guy when it comes to Raising Cane's. This just wasn't that day. And when your whole brand is built on doing one thing right, you don't get a pass when that one thing misses.
