When I am nearby and I'm hungry though it's worth stopping to have a bite to eat. I took a friend to an appointment nearby and had time to kill so I came for lunch. The place looks almost exactly the same as it did the first time I came here. They are right near a train stop and there is one accessible space outside the building. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, but it is limited. The menu here has changed a little bit over the years, but they still have all the Chicago favorites that I enjoy. I've never had a problem with anything. I have had to eat here and that does keep me coming back. The people that work here are always friendly and they strive to make sure you get a good meal. And this occasion I wanted something a little different so I ordered a polish sausage Chicago style without tomatoes because I can't have them. The bond did fall apart a bit more than I like, but my meal was excellent. They always have very tasty french fries. I have tried several things over the years and feel confident and recommending their entire menu. And of course, if you are looking for a pizza puff, then this is one of the few places you can find them around the Orlando area. If you're looking for a good Chicago style, hot dog or Polish or any hotdog this is the local stop. They use genuine Vienna, beef products, which always brings the taste of home for me. They make an excellent Italian beef sandwich and have really good giardiniera.

There is now an automatic gratuity, but there really isn't any service outside of placing and taking your order at the register. They don't drop the food off at your table. You place your order at the register, pay, and then pick it up once your name is called. I'm not sure how but the staff at the register accidentally charged me $43 for two burgers and when I questioned it, she fixed it and brought it down to $27. That's a bit of a significant difference. The sauces are also no longer available at the bar where you used to have easy access to them. The burger itself was still delicious, and I'm grateful for that!

I've been to the main restaurant many times but this recent visit I ordered online. I chose the soonest available pick up time & was happy to see it'd be ready in only 15 minutes on Saturday night. This standalone kitchen is located in the same parking lot as the main restaurant but they're solely dedicated to online orders. I hadn't seen a system like this before so I was curious to see how it'd work & everything went smoothly. The app is very clear that you're picking up from a separate location so that wasn't an issue. I really like the idea of this considering how busy they get at the restaurant. Picking my order up was simple. I was greeted immediately & once I gave the cashier my name I got my food almost instantly. Not only was the pick up time accurate, you can tell it was freshly packed. Although simple, my order was made accurately which is the most important thing. It was almost shocking to see how easily & accurately made my online order was, considering how bad some places are. The kitchen staff was working hard as they completed a never-ending screen of orders. It seemed pretty clean which is also good. I like when you can look inside the kitchen to make sure it's not a disgusting mess. You can tell the crew here gets things done. Overall, you get exactly what you get at this location; online ordering made simple. With friendly, efficient staff the "Crave & Go Kitchen" is a great idea. If they continue to be like they were last Saturday I'll keep using them when I visit the area.

What's most disappointing is that someone should have noticed the condition of the food before packing the order. If the sliders are clearly overcooked or burned, they shouldn't be sent out to a customer. I believe the staff needs to be retrained on quality control and knowing when food is not acceptable to serve. I've always remembered White Castle fondly, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses this because customers shouldn't receive an entire order of burned sliders.

Nice music played, still able to speak to each other and enjoy our time together. Our waiter Gustavo, was excellent. He took great care of us throughout our visit. Both of my boys had the kings bacon burger, cooked to order. My husband and I both had the kings point burger, perfectly cooked to order. Everything was truly delicious!!
