U ever had 5 guys for lunch? PAUSE
    Inquiring M.

Usually 5 guys is hella greasy but they got it right today! 18.33 for just a burger and a shake but worth every frikkin penny today bro! Maybe it's cause I ate it right away or maybe the chefs took there time since it wasn't super packed like usual. But the ladies in the grill and fries were super on point today, so I had to up my last review by a star. Definitely will be back soon!

Having early dinner here on a Saturday. The place is packed. I ordered bacon burger all the way. The beef patties were freshly cooked, NOT frozen, juicy and medium well. The veggies blended well with sliced bacon and melted cheese. It's delicious! My only concern is their fries. It's saggy and bland. The best potato fries I've ever tasted is the fries being made by In and Out burger in the Midwest and the West Coast. Their famous roasted peanuts are the best! Serving staff are kind and courteous. Well lighted and clean place to dine in. Clean separate Men and Women's bathroom. This 5 Guys burger shop is closed today, Easter Sunday. A Blessed Easter to all! God bless.

I went on a Friday night for takeout. There were a few people waiting and my food took about 15 minutes to be ready. I ordered the little bacon burger and really enjoyed it. I split an order of fries with my boyfriend and the regular size was enough for two people.

Not bad, ordered this through Uber Eats. They came in 25 minutes, quite fast

A decent burger with unlimited toppings. Getting pricey though as it seems the price goes up a couple dimes every year. More a place as a treat than a regular visit if we start approaching $8 for a little burger. Nonetheless, food wise everything comes out fresh and fast. They have seats outside if you want to dine outside esp in the summer and spring months. Good place to grab a quick burger after a marathon shopping visit at target. Not bad.

The restaurant seems clean and the staff seems knowledgeable of their products. The staff seemed friendly and greeted me properly. The only thing is the restaurant does take some time to cook the french fries and hot dog because they actually cook it on the grill. French fries: Has a lot of flavor to it but it is really greasy. Especially when they put it in the brown paper bag, you can see all the grease on the outside of the bag. Hot dog: It tastes good but it is also very greasy that makes me not want to eat any more of it. Overall: This restaurant is OK and the only downfall is that the food is super greasy at times. If the food was not so greasy then I would probably like the food a bit more and come back more often.

I totally forgot how good Five Guys is. Went today for the first time in years and really enjoyed my food. I ordered the mini burger (all the way is with all the toppings) which by the way is still really freaking huge and apparently the regular comes with two patties, wow. Small fries was plenty for me and I could not finish because they also give you bag fries on top. Only criticism is that the orders took way long (at least 15 minutes or more) to come out because they seem to prioritize online food delivery orders first which was really annoying. But it wasn't the end of the world but if I were in a hurry to take it to go... Maybe. With my burger, fries and drink my meal was $13 and change. Not too bad but more than I expected. Next time I might split a shake with my hubby. Haven't had one from Five Guys in a long time.

Those are Cajun seasoned fries. That's just from the bottom of the bag that spilled over.

Yup! I'm throwing in my two cents in mix! And because I can spare. I consider myself a burger enthusiast amongst other things. I go on burger hunts every chance I get. Because as I look at it, if you fudge up a simple burger, then all bets are off and chances are you'll never see me again! These (Five) Guys always bloody spot on. Burgers cooked to perfection. No matter the location. It is the same consistency. Every time. All the time. Amazing how this new burger chain can pull it off and others who invented fast food are bloody struggling. But I'll save that discussion for another day. For now..back to my dexterous arse typing a review like it's going out of style. They offer wide array of toppings to make the burger to your liking. Just don't expect any goat cheese, beets or arugula. And, annnd because I hear you wondering-- my burger toppings are grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and fresh jalapeños. Always. And choice of burger is always cheese. Two meat patties, unfrozen, btw...smothered in blanket of cheese and all those toppings! Ummmm......cheeseburger!!! (Insert Homer drooling over donuts soundtrack) Fries are great! They are cut in house, and fried in peanut oil. (Heads up for those who suffer from peanut allergies) They give you a lot!! I mean a lot. Just make sure you choose the correct size. (Cause' you'll be exiting potatoes for days.) I dab mine with malt vinegar. So good!!!! Oh' and if you're eating at one of their fine establishments, grab those peanuts in the shell. Eat 'em while your burger order is being prepared. Just don't throw the shells on the floor. This ain't one of those honkey-tonk places where they encourage throwing shells are the floor. I'm not a milkshake bloke (fighting words to some, but those are the breaks) but I'm told repeatedly they are bloody great!! One day, I shall try them. But for now, I'm sticking to cheeseburgers and fires. So next time you're in a mood for a burger, skip a fast food place and go here instead. You'll thank me later! Just be careful about the fries. They are fried in peanut oil!

Each dish was packed with flavor. The crispy chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked, with a super crispy coating that stayed intact (always a good sign!). The masala fries were seasoned just right. When we ordered the paratha pulled beef roll, the staff gave us a heads-up that it was a bit spicy but it turned out to be really spicy, so keep that in mind if you're sensitive to heat. The restaurant itself was well-maintained, and the staff did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy.

Fast & friendly service, happy to answer any menu or cultural questions you may have. They also do have a prayer area on site. The space has a nice clean & modern look with darker tones & green accents, so it's oddly relaxing. They have an area with complimentary water, Yemonade (not a typo), & Masala fries. I didn't try the fries from there, cause while they do have tongs, I saw someone just pick some up by hand. I had the Smash burger, New Zealand lamb chops, & [ordered] Masala Fries (seasoned fries). They weren't busy at all and the staff member who approached me by the counter looked bored, yet she couldn't bother to answer a simple question and looked annoyed when I tried to ask for advice, with her only pointing to the menu. Sucks that automation is taking away jobs, but I felt deep in my heart for a moment that an AI could've treated me better. To think I worked at fast food once upon a time despite having a college degree during the financial crisis and worked much harder for only $7 an hour, and yeah even with inflation it's nowhere near the minimum wage now. Anyway, I did like the bit of kick in the batter of the chicken sandwich. I didn't like that you couldn't add extra pickles and frankly Popeye's has a better (and cheaper) crispier sandwich, which you can add a spicy sauce to. Oh yeah, looks like Bojangles also charge for sauce. Shouldn't at least one or two come per entree? Literally using the sauce to make your food taste better so we'll want to return, these are bizarre choices fast food chains are making these days. I can go to CFA for a better experience, and staff will seem friendlier and happier there. Even the Wendy's and BK next door have people who are at least chill (instead of downright cold) if not friendlier, which they are. At least the sauce cups are a good size though and I just paid it without a complaint. Still, so much for Southern hospitality! Mac & cheese was also very bland and generic, enough though I thought I read it was made with 4 types of cheese. I'll need to give their tenders and peach cobbler a try next time, but also noticed there was no way to order tenders without making it a combo. Not much of a first impression, what a shame!

Within a month of its grand opening the lines at Bojangles were insane, so waiting for some of the excitement to die down was definitely a good call. We visited for breakfast without really knowing what the menu consisted of and were surprised to see a good amount of patrons grabbing some early morning eats as well. We opted for the chicken biscuit (+ cheese) and the sausage, egg & cheese biscuit. Biscuits were fresh, fluffy and buttery, they definitely made the sandwich. Unlike other fast food chains you can watch the staff prepare biscuits fresh in front of you, surprisingly rolling the dough out and not premade from frozen! While the sausage wasn't anything special (just tasted like a standard fast food frozen sausage) the chicken was incredible. Crispy, expertly seasoned, I completely understand the hype behind this chain. The Bo Rounds, their version of hash browns, were amazing. Their iced cold brew and coffee were surprisingly good, not something you expect from a fast food place. I'm only giving this 4 stars because it does seem like a good chunk of the original Bojangles menu is missing. I've heard such great things about their fried chicken, but it looks like this location only sells chicken tenders. What a shame, but we will definitely be returning!

A short walk later, I found myself at Destination Dogs, a place I had seen in photographs that suggested capaciousness. In reality, it is smaller.  This is not a complaint, just an observation.  I remember once hearing something about the contents of small packages. At 12:30 the place was full. Packed with humanity and appetite. I was seated quickly, as if someone had anticipated my hunger in advance. From the bar came the sound of construction crews discussing their midday rituals. Apparently this is where they come on Fridays, to repair themselves while they repair the city. It explained everything. Service was swift and attentive, a minor miracle given the crowd. I began with a Scotch egg, an item that seemed to have wandered in from another story entirely. I ordered it for that reason. I had always imagined my first Scotch egg would be eaten in an English pub under low ceilings and older regrets. Instead, here it was. Perfectly crisp, warm, and generous. The universe does not ask for permission. Then came the main event. The menu is an atlas of hot dogs. Domestic. International. Proteins in tube form arranged like possibilities. There is even an invitation to build your own, which I accepted. I attempted to recreate a favorite from Crif Dogs, a thing called the Spicy Redneck. Bacon wrapped dog. Pickled jalapenos. Coleslaw. Simple in theory. Destination Dogs improved upon it in every way that matters. The bacon crisped with purpose. The jalapenos spoke clearly. The coleslaw behaved. The hot dog itself seemed proud to be there. All of this, plus a 16 ounce beer, cost me about twenty five dollars with tip. A small price for order in a chaotic universe. Five stars. Not because perfection exists, but because this comes close enough to make the argument.

The staff is super friendly and know their way around the (very large) menu. Honestly, they have a hot dog or sausage combo for just about everyone. I let the bartender pick for me, and she nailed it. She chose an all-beef dog that was basically a Big Mac in hot dog form. I was skeptical at first, but wow this hit in all the right ways. Awesome presentation, even better flavor. I could've easily eaten three of these. I also tried the onion rings, the bartender warned me they were just "meh," and she wasn't wrong, lol. For round two, I went with an all-beef dog topped with pastrami this is basically a Reuben-style dog. Another win! Great flavor, great presentation. Overall, I'd totally recommend Destination Dogs if you're in the area. Just a heads up, if there's a game on, it gets loud. Like "can't-hear-your-friend-next-to-you" loud. But if that's your vibe, you'll love it.
