We drove to NJ to visit my Aunt and Uncle who live down the road from this New Five Guys. I know my Aunt loves Johnny Rockets, so I mentioned we should come here for lunch. The place was packed! Every seat taken! They were so happy that we introduced them to Five Guys, they loved it. My sister and I have been to the ones where we live on Long Island, but this one gets the big 5 stars because besides being the usual delicious, they were super accommodating. They forgot my moms mushrooms and when she went back up to order something else and as usual, chatting it up, letting them know shes on a diet, cant have the bread and they forgot her mushrooms, they right away gave her a whole new burger for free and apologized. I have been to this burger joint since it first opened and I can say is that this is one of the best places around to get a burger, Prices are alittle steep being that one burger costs around six dollars , however you can add unlimited ingredients, have free refills ( if you ordered a soda ) , and have unlimited peanuts while you wait for your order to be finished cooking. The burger and fries made here are 100 percent fresh and it shows in the looks and taste of their products. Also , if you order a large fries, they will complementary fill the whole bag with fries which is greatly appreciated. The only issue that I have is mostly with the buns being alittle to soggy for my taste ( might be from the grease of the burger ?). Overall , I am a very satisfied costumer that will be coming back for more. read more

Apparently ordering online doesn't mean anything got to the 5 guys location about the time listed online and 30 min later STILL waiting for my food. On the website it says they'll make fries when you get there so I get a short wait but this is ridiculous. Not worth the wait!!! read more

After ordering online, we got a notification that the food was ready. We drove up to the restaurant, and they kept me waiting for more than 20 mins inside. This was after they confirmed that the order was ready to be picked up. No one acknowledged any delay. No one offered any explanation. No one even approached the counter. Other people who ordered online also kept waiting with me AFTER they got confirmations on their phones. People who were ordering at the spot got their food before me. There were no efforts to maintain any social distancing and this horrible delay did not help at all. read more

Best burger chain and I love that it's so close to my house. Their burgers never fail to satisfy. I get the usual - little cheeseburger all the way with A1 and BBQ sauce. I also ordered a chocolate milkshake with malted milk which is really good. The location is great too because I would have to go around that area for some errands, just to know that Five Guys is so close by makes me want to pick up lunch from there. read more

after a failed visit today at a competitor I decided to visit Five Guys, a bit of a ride but very good. Juicy burger with good flavor, grilled onions - mustard - and ketchup is all I needed to top it with to have an enjoyable meal. Thank you - will visit again. read more

I just went recently, and it was surprisingly only my 2nd Five Guys trip ever. The first one was elsewhere, and it just didn't wow me enough to return. This time I enjoyed my burger better. They market a "little" size, which is some clever marketing that I fell for. It is more like normal size, but being a big hungry guy, I opted for the regular one. Turns out I did not need that much, and I left feeling a bit sluggish. The burger was quite good though, but also quite greasy. Had a bad experience. The fries were served loosely in a bag, carelessly, poured all over the inside of the brown paper bag. There were no trays and the store was cold. $32 later I ended up with a greasy bag and no utensils. The cooking staff had no hairnets and I noticed one with his zipper open. read more

Amazing Berger !! Can't have enough !! Delicious fresh Berger !! I am a vegetarian and they have a Berger for me !! Food is amazing! Fresh never frozen beef. They even have hot dogs if you want to go with that. If you're not into meat they also have veggie patties. You can even pick the toppings you want on your burger, and it's no extra charge. It's very friendly and has free refills on the drinks. Definitely recommended!!!! read more

Been here a bunch of times with my fiance and can say it's consistently great! The staff is always friendly and you get a lot of fries for what you order (even the regular size - they scoop them into a cup and dump even more in your bag...it's not Five Guys without the grease-stained brown bag!). Burgers are juicy and cooked well, the fries are cooked to perfection (with just the right amount of salt), and you get to munch on peanuts while you wait for your meal! Not the most inexpensive burger in the area, but definitely the most bang for your buck! read more

Don't get the hype. Burgers aren't huge, and lack flavor. Toppings are the only thing bringing flavor to the party. I've had better tasting burgers at backyard BBQ's with frozen patties. kinda pricey but yummy! take advantage of the free toppings since u'll be paying like 6 buxs for a burger. the cajun fries are really good too. get a regular size and it should be enough for two ppl since they give you so much that it spill over the cup and into the bag. read more

Always great tasting food and the Cajun fries are very good, especially since they basically give twice as much as the fry container holds. The bag does show the grease from the extra fries so nutrition is another matter, but taste & quantity for the price is great. read more
