Quite honestly I'm surprised the salads and them don't get the proper acknowledgment. We ordered the six alarm burger with French fries, the spicy Baja chicken sandwich with French fries, a hot dog, 12 piece chicken nuggets with fries. The menu has a wide array of options, but I always opt for a healthy yet tasty choice- Italian chicken melt. I ordered my Italian chicken melt for pickup through GrubHub via Yelp. I have gotten this same meal delivered to my home and it's been soggy and wet. However, this was not the case for my pickup order. The Italian chicken melt comes with grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, red onions, provolone cheese and pesto sauce. Since I'm not a newbie to this panini, I order extra pesto for an extra kick. Sometimes there can be 3 pieces of grilled chicken piled on top of the other, which makes it difficult to eat. Additionally, I find that the roasted red peppers are slippery and will sometimes fall out. The panini also comes with a bag of potato chips. While it's not the most popular pizza/burger place in the area, it's one of my favorite. There's tons of burger options to choose from, including 2 different veggie patties. Any of the burgers can also be subbed with a veggie patty which is something I really appreciate. I've had the Athens burger twice and it's delicious ! I haven't had pizza from here too often, only a couple of times, but it was delicious as well! I like my pizza on the softer/more foldable side, so I really liked that the pizzas here are not too crispy or charred. There's plenty of toppings and options that can be customized, just like any pizza place. The cookies and cream ice cream here is delicious as well, and one of the most affordable too ! All of the burgers and pizza slices are large and filling, and very affordable. My burger is typically under 8$, which is lower than a lot of other comparable places. Service has always been quick and friendly. The atmosphere is super fast-casual, but there is plenty of seating available. This place has terrible attention to Detail and even worse customer service. Ordered takeout and requested no peppers on an item as my husband is allergic. Ordered fries with cheese. Delivery came on time, but with peppers and no cheese. Called the restaurant to let them know and they could care less. They basically said "well what do you want us to do?". The loved the bursting spicy flavors in my mouth, but I feel that the meat was that juicy in compared to smash and burgerfi. It's probably healthier but def did not hit the spot...The bread was soft but also kind of dry. The french fries were very fresh, hot, and crispy! The cheese was good at first - gooey and not too strong in flavor, but after 10 min in the cheese started to solidify and became clumpy. So eat those cheese fries quickly!! After all there are over 25 burgers, hot dogs, and fries for you to choose from, so I'm sure there are certain food items better than others! My first experience with the food was okay, but I'll definitely go that to try other foods! The onion ring was soggy, and the sandwich was cold- which is hardly surprising as delivery took about 1.5 hours. Wings were breaded and not crispy- again, probably due to the long delivery time. The extra hot wings were not particularly hot. The blue cheese dressing was waters. Skip these. The cajun fries and onion rings were good.
