The food I ordered was seriously perfect. Their menu was giant and gives so so many options for breakfast or lunch. Any time I'm back in this town I will for sure come back here. The server was nice and the layout and cleanliness was great here. Wonderful restaurant.

Cheesecake.

Ordered food to go this evening. Food was ice cold. I was upcharged for ordering extra of a side and did not receive it. The slice of cheesecake that I ordered was smashed in pieces. Totally unacceptable.

Park Ave Diner is my favorite diner in Central Jersey. Reasonably priced, great veggie options, and always a crowd pleasing time. Everyone enjoys (unless you get the Buff Chix Fat Sandwich, idk why this was ordered) and the service is above average as well! Jalapeño Poppers were delishhh

The epitome of an American diner. You have to stick to regular diner classics and you won't be disappointed. That's something they for sure get RIGHT! Don't try to be fancy lol. Stick to the burgers, breakfast, fries, wings and other diner classics like a root beer float. You'll only be disappointed when you try to be fancy!! Park Ave Diner makes solid burgers and their breakfast is always A1. Stick to these and you'll always come back!

Food is ok hit or miss. They charge you for using a debit card which is not the credit card. Brought it to their attention got a shrug. I brought their attention the bug in the vestibules also got a shrug.

I looove coming here!!! Ive been eating here for years and it never disappoints. One of my favorites to order is the tropical waffle with extra whipped cream and a side of chicken tenders. It's magical lol

Great local spot to hit up after some slamming tennis. Restaurant was clean and food came out solid. Will definitely be returning

The food here is incredible! My boyfriend and I had to get a to go box because we couldn't bear to throw it away! (We immediately dug in so it's not a full meal but it's all we could eat with how big the plates are!) Everyone there was nice and the service was fast so we weren't left starving for long!

Good diner. Nice breakfast Specials. Baklava was old and nasty. Quick friendly service. Typical diner setup.

After our ophthalmologist visit and hanging out at a Costco nearby and reading the reviews, we…read moredecided to come here. We were immediately seated after arriving. The restaurant is small and comfy, with 4-seat tables lined up against one wall and the opposite wall being taken up by a counter and counter seats. Pictures of food hang on both walls and four brown ceiling fans hang from the ceiling. The restaurant's color scheme is very "latte", as the main colors are white and beige and only one part of the wall is red. Daughter ordered the fried flounder with 2 over easy eggs and grits with wheat bread. She said that the fish was nicely fried and crunchy. It didn't need tartar or cocktail sauce. She said it was her first time eating a breakfast item like this and her taste buds had never felt this sensation before. LOL. Hubs ordered the pinto con chorizo with sunny side up eggs. The server warned him that the sausage was spicy, but he didn't care. When we came here, Hubs didn't expect Hispanic food for brunch and was so surprised and so happy. He found the first item that he can see and translate and was happy he did. The chorizo had a nice spunk to it. He was happy that he got rice and beans instead of home fries and what a delightful change! The chips were also nice and crispy. Lastly, I had waffles with mixed fruit. I LOVED my waffles because it was nice and crunchy. The mixed fruit were bananas, strawberries, grapes and blueberries. They were a nice touch. I was asked if I wanted whipped cream and I said yes. Coffee was freshly brewed and it was nice and strong. It wasn't ordinary diner coffee. Hubs was happy about getting his cup refilled. Service was fast and really friendly. The waiter was always smiling. Parking is street parking. When we were there, it was free parking. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy, though. We were thinking of checking out the flea market across the street but changed our minds. Glad we got to try this place! Maybe one day, we'll be back.

Soooo yummy!!! I love the waffles. This place really hit the spot and everyone there is so kind.read more
