I forgot to take pictures this time, but things have greatly improved since my last review. We come to five guys for many reasons. The fries are spectacular, always fresh, and I love to fill up my own fry sauces. The patties are thick. So many places these days are skimping out and five guys is NOT one of them. Also to not be charged for toppings is very nice. It can get expensive to order for the whole family. But every once in a while the splurge is very worth it. Every worker I've interacted with when we've gone has been very respectful. They make the patties efficiently and as far as I can tell can handle things when they get a little busy. What more is there to say except, if you are looking for some good burgers, look no farther. It truly doesn't get much better. My go to burger is the bacon cheeseburger (though honestly I ought to start getting the "little" version as these burgers are huge) If you get fries I highly recommend getting the Cajun fries and suggest sharing the "little" fries between two people. There's more than enough so you ought to save yourself $5 bucks and a bunch of wasted, delicious fries. The shake I always get is a peanut butter, banana, bacon shake. Maybe that sounds strange, but don't knock it until you try it! Once you do, you will never look back! 5 guys food in general is always a 5/5, however the price point is pretty high. Expect to spend $40+ for a couple burgers, a single order of fries, and 2 shakes. And then this location in particular, the floors were all pretty messy, and it seems like they may be a little understaffed, because the only person making shakes was the cashier. Love, love, love that they care about people who need to eat gluten free because of an intolerance or celiac. If that's you, don't get the seasoned fries, the fry sauce, or the malt vinegar. Do get plain fries, tell them you need a lettuce wrap because of an allergy, and get a side of mayo to mix with ketchup and make your own fry sauce at the table. They will tell you they are working on it once you get there and you will continue to sit and wait 30 minutes and watch everyone that came in after you order food and get it. Five guys is really a fun fast burger joint. Everything is made fresh and juicy. I always get the little bacon burger with grilled onions and green bell peppers. The little burger is plenty of burger, and the bacon is always crispy, there is nothing worse than soggy bacon. They also have super tasty fries, I like to get them cajun style! They are potatoey and spicy. The regular is plenty for my husband I to share. The fries are cut fresh and they have a sign saying where today's fries are from, I think it is a fun thing to know about your food. While your waiting for your food they have big piles of peanuts (still in the shell) for you to snack on. I like that they have big napkins (the burgers are messy!) and boats for you use for peanuts, fries, or whatever you like. The service is always really friendly and the store kept clean. read more

The most consistent burger spot around. They never make a mistake on your order, make sure to show you what you order every time and label your order with a receipt detailing your food. Employees are usually upbeat and helpful. Cajun fries are aways so good but get soggy fast if in the paper bag for too long since they're always fresh out of the frier. I do wish that if you were to eat in, that they don't completely wrap your burger in foil and then place it in the paper bag. The bread gets soggy. read more

We love Five Guys but the West Jordan location is the absolute best. The food is Always good but the atmosphere is why we come here. Westley always makes sure the floors are spotless and the tables are clean. We always feel safe when we see Westley's smiling face. I called him over asking a question, he gave us the answer right off. I asked how long he has worked there he told us since 16 he now 22 and General Managemt cleaning his store. Worst service I've ever experienced. This is the worst five guys I've ever been to. I went here a couple weeks ago and was charged for 3 burgers when I only ordered one, they said that there was nothing they could do and couldn't give me a refund. Five Guys... finally close to home! I am a fan of Five Guys... and by the amont of people in this new location, I see that I am not alone. This location is larger than the Sandy location... and approximately the same size as Ft Union. As usual, the staff is very friendly, and the burger is the same from location to location.... my opinion, good. BTW, I do love the bacon that is on the burger... always crispy and tasty. If I have any complaint at all about Five Guys, it is the size of the Fries. It is good if you have someone there with you to split the order, but holy too many potatoes batman, no one needs to eat this many fries in one sitting. I wish they would come out with a small order for solo visits. But this visit I had my boy, so we split it, and it was still almost too many fries. The regular fries are good, and the spicy ones are even better. Price is decent, but by the time you get a double burger, fries, and a beverage, you can be at $10 fast... what Five Guys needs is a combo price in my opinion. So you better get your fill of refills and free peanuts. (I feel sorry for the folks cleaning up after me and my peanut shell explosion!) I love the cajun fries, and the guys that work here always hook it up with almost half a bag full even though I always order the regular size! For only $2.79 these fries could easily feed 3-4 people. I also think the hot dogs are quite tasty, so that's pretty much why I'm giving this place 3 stars. As for the burgers... honestly, I could throw myself together a much better one at a cheaper price. They do offer unlimited toppings, which okay I do get a little carried away sometimes, but the patties are underseasoned and greasy at times. Smashburger & In-N-Out are much better IMO. read more

Visited this location about a week ago and was very pleased. The young girl that took our order was very nice and helpful with our questions. After we ordered the salted fries she told us her favorite are the Cajun fries and asked if we wanted to try some with our regular ones. We did and now they are our favorite also. We appreciated the suggestion from her to try them. Their food is always great, I don't eat hamburgers so I get the grilled cheese and it's yummy.
