The service here has always been great. I have never had a problem and if I am not 100% satisfied with the services they will make it so that I am. I love that they have quick gifts and cards to purchase as well. I absolutely love their card quality. On the downside: The washes keep going up, but that is the economy, and is expected. I wanted my car in tiptop shape, but I didn't want the expense of a full detail... Five points car wash did a great job! I selected the $29 special ( there were higher end options and cheaper ones available) and left with a car that was pretty great shape... There are a few little areas could've been a bit more polished-but for the price and for the shape my car was in when I got there they did a really excellent job! Went for a deep cleaning of my car interior. Spoke to Mike about cleaning process and he explained it well. Went with a doubt but when the job was done the interior was spotless. Very satisfied with the shampooing and cleaning. They removed all the dirt that was on the car seat since it was purchased back in 2019. Exterior also looked lot shinier. Consistently good job by the folks at 5 points. Generally really good, conveniently located at 5 points in Ventura.

I am so picky when it comes to my car. I'm also picky about cost service and the value of the service. So for $28 I get the Diplomat and I pay a $5 tip. Five Points has consistently done a great job on my car. The center consol is always clean when my car is returned (to me that's a test of quality). I never have hard water stains after driving off either. I've been to other car washes, the car wash on Johnson, the one by the DMV, and others and they are all expensive, inconsistent and do a sub par job. Failing the center console and water spots tests. The value just hasn't been there and I was left feeling like, "does anyone give a shit about the work they do anymore? Can I atleast get what I pay for?". If I wanted a crappy job, I'd do it myself. Well, the deal is that Five points should be named Five Stars because they are stars, hard workers who take pride in their work. Their store has all kinds of goodies for your car, snacks, toys, and greeting cards. People are so sweet! Good vibes.
