Paid for the $30 car wash that washed the outside, vacuums the inside, etc. The outside of my car looks GREAT ! But the inside is still a complete mess. They didn't vacuum my back seats or even clean the cargo interior area of my car AT ALL. The wipe down in the interior in the front was done poorly, there's still dirt/crumbs/sand all over the interior of my car (I went camping & drove up in the mountains in rain & snow recently hence I needed a professional clean). I regret giving a 25% cash tip and driving off without inspecting the back interior--I ended up cleaning it myself once I got home, but the point of paying other people for a service is for the service...which they failed to do. They also forgot to put in the air freshener too. That's not a biggie but I am pretty frustrated they didn't even clean the back of my car. read more

Every time I come to five points the staff is very friendly and talks to you about all the great deals and is never too pushy like most car wash places, and on top of that the quality of the car was itself is amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better car wash then the guys at five points car wash. They do an amazing job cleaning the inside of my truck and an even better job at cleaning and waxing the outside making it look like a brand new truck. I just paid $29.99 to have my car washed, vacuumed, wiped down, tire dressing, air freshener, triple wax... the whole nine yards. What a waste of money! Still bird droppings on my hood and crud on my rearview mirrors. Inside of the car wasn't properly wiped down or vacuumed either. My car on the outside needed a wash, and that's why I upgraded to the $29.99 instead of just the regular wash. Inside was not very dirty at all. After they were done, the interior didn't really look much better except for vacuuming the carpets. Apparently, they didn't vacuum anywhere in the seats, cup holder, etc. And no air freshener either. Giant bummer, never again. read more

Yesterday I went to 5 Points, in Ventura, for a much needed wash. I chose the "Sportsman." My car had some scratches on the back passenger panel. I had a detailer look at it previously & he said "the scratches were too deep to buff out." So I was looking for a place to spot paint it. Well........after those guys at 5 Points cleaned the car, those scratches are completely gone! First of all, I went in with my explorer which is an SUV, and I understand that they are often more money. I asked for a specific wash which was $49.99 on the sign but made note of extra charges for SUV with no specific amount. The owner checked my car in and he wrote $49.99 on my receipt. There's a coupon on their website with no stipulations about bigger vehicle that says the exact same wash for all vehicles is $39.99. They wouldn't honor it because they said it's not for SUVs, so the best that they would do is $45.99. He said he should've charged me more off of the bat to begin with. Fine, whatever. Next, there were so many people there. I completely understand that they were busy and I expected a wait, but honestly I was making phone calls and trying to kill time and I kept checking out the window and the guys would come in and yell for cars and none of them were mine. When I finally actually checked the time on my receipt versus the time it was, 90 minutes had passed. NINETY MINUTES. The owners wife goes to find someone to find my car. Apparently they find my car and then they just leave because they never came back to tell me they found it. She had to go find them again to come and get me. And then they act like I'm an idiot and I should know that it was on the far side parking lot that you can't even see from their building. That makes absolutely no sense. Also, when I walked over to my car, they were still finishing, that means they either lost my car and were doing it in a hurry, or they go hadn't gotten to it yet, or something else. None of which are excusable. 90 minutes for a car wash is not OK. Then I get there and the guy Who is like their lead worker, just kind of brushed me off and I told him it's been over here for 90 minutes, and he just shrugged and says yeah sorry about that and he walked away. Like that's totally bad business. It's a bummer that there's no similar car washes around here. I now remember why I never come here. Lastly, I get in the car and it looks pretty decent, I will give them that. However it is not worth what I paid, nor the time that I lost, and there is still crumbs and sand in my gearshift area, smudges on my window and bird poop on my car which I just saw while writing this. There's also dust on some of the vents. Like they were clearly in a hurry and just don't care. I'm glad that you know $50 is a drop in the hat to them, but it's not for everyone. read more

Rave review I don't often ever leave reviews. But I just had my car super washed and cleaned, choosing the $49 package at Five-Points off of Main and Loma Vista in Ventura. Not only did they deep vacuum a few years of lab fur and grandbaby detritus from the inside, but they cleaned, scrubbed, and polished all interior surfaces and it is gleaming almost better than brand new. Not bad for a ten year old Subaru. My only regret is that I didn't have more cash for their tip. I would gladly have doubted if not tripled the 10$ I had on hand. read more
