K&M do their work in a timely manner. The most important feature of this business, and this is my opinion, K&M employs the only female mechanic in Tillamook. In my opinion, this is can be inspiration to young women looking for a trade that pays well, has good hours allowing you to support your family and spend time with you family. It is my hope, one day soon, Miss Mechanic (I do not have permission to use her name publically ) gets an intern so she can hand down her knowledge, experience, & wisdom. While four other auto service departments in Tillamook would not even talk to me, Jacob at 24/7 not only took the time to look at my car but realized it was just a fuse and replaced it in under 5 mins at no charge. As a single woman with her dog coming in with absolutely no clue what was wrong with the air conditioner, I could've easily gotten taken advantage of and I had completely expected to pay a lot of money to get the air conditioner running before heading home. I can't thank Jacob enough for being so helpful and genuinely kind. It really was extremely unexpected. If I lived in Tillamook, I'd go no where else for my car.

We called over 72 hours in advance buy got a machine and proceeded to leave three messages throughout day that we would like to cancel. All calls were not returned that day. The next day was within 48 hours and again we had to call. The manager named Craig said he didn't care what we were told he's charging our credit card for a nights stay cuz he's the manager. He was very rude, short, and obviously on his own little trailer park power trip. I will dispute charge with my credit card company. Most unprofessional individual operating a camp spot I have ever experienced at the wonderful Oregon Coast so avoid this place at all cost.
