They told me i can not change my custom rims and tires out with the sticker ones ... they gave me a hard time about pulling to much of my belongings out... blamed insurance... what happened to mark anyway...when I got the bill 3500 bucks. We recently got a VW Passat and two places we tried won't service them. It was time for an oil change and with I did a Google search for oil change near me in Cloverdale or Tillamook Menefee came up. I knew about their towing and roadside help, but never dawned on me they might do repairs and services. Submitted their online appointment request and got a call within a couple hours assuring me they can do it and are certified ASE to do it. Texted over my VIN and showed up to my appointment a few days later. Everyone was so nice, service was quick and I was able to wait in some comfy theater style sofa. These guys are pretty ridiculous. I locked my keys and belongings inside my truck, and they tried to charge me $200 even though there was a driver in the area and took him less than a minute. That price is just unheard of. Avoid these guys at all cost they'll take advantage of you when you're in a sticky situation. read more

The dispatcher kept in touch with me via text and calls so we had an updates. I believe the driver's name was Tony he made us feel right at ease, and had us laughing by the time we were done. My RV had a chassis battery problem and wouldn't start when we were at a roadside viewpoint a few miles north of Lincoln City. After calling several places (who said they didn't have the equipment to jump an RV), Menefee's immediately dispatched a tow truck driver, Paul, who was very friendly and helpful. When the problem turned out to be something other than a dead chassis battery, he called for backup and Eugene came out after work to help. In case the RV needed parts that weren't available, Paul even offered to let us park the RV at his farm and drive us to Lincoln City if we needed to rent a car to return home (in Washington) and come back later. Fortunately, they were able to find the problem and get us on our way. Given the amount of time spent with us, the charge was reasonable. Overall, a very good experience that exemplified small town helpfulness. Paul, Eugene (and Logan who came out the replace Paul who had to run to another call) turned what could have been a horrid experience into something positive. Tried to charge $1000 for about an hour of work and threatened to impound the vehicle when I told him I didn't have that much. I had to beg to get my vehicle for all that I have which was $653. This was all I have for rent and I'm devastated without any money for gas or groceries. Being a single mom on a low income budget I'm livid being taken advantage of and I know it was because I'm from Portland and they thought they could get away with such a thing. I know the vehicle was on a difficult overgrown road and it was idiotic to drive down it but Tow company's especially in areas like that are aware that that is a norm for people to get stuck in such situations. I tried to call some one named Mark supposed owner but got a girl that told me they charge $35 a min towing and hung up on me. I called Bad Boy towing in same area for a quote on how much that would've cost and they said $150 an hour. read more

We got a flat on our way to Munson Creek Falls in Tillamook OR. My 2019 SUV comes with run flats and does not have a spare tire so we were stuck.
