They said "no problem we have a shop, we'll repair those things" I called to follow up a few days later and they said "they tried everything they could, but the owner took it back" I was never told the vehicle was on on consignment or that the deal fell apart until I followed up. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Today, when I called to obtain my credit report April was extremely unprofessional. She was rude, she spoke over me. I was blamed for "being upset I didn't get what I wanted" For the record, I'm VERY grateful I didn't buy a car needing $2000 in repairs! I'd just like my credit report and some professional courtesy. I worked in the automotive industry for almost a decade and this was a next level abysmal experience. I hope the owner will contact me swiftly and resolve. ANY car (and especially here) that you're considering purchasing- get a 109 point inspection by an independent mechanic, Firestone is always great in my experience. This inspection form is something you can easily grab online!
