There are several auto glass businesses along Mission Road, but GTO had the best photos showing a clean, organized facility as well as a comfortable waiting area. Other shops had way too many photos of random residential homes and a chaotic mess of stored cars. I arrived at GTO on a Wednesday around lunchtime. I only needed one rear window replaced, which took a quick 20 minutes. The repairman also cleaned the broken glass from my rear seat, which was so kind. New window looked great. I paid for the repair using Zelle to avoid the credit card surcharge. Price was pretty average. There is also a tinting business next door, but I didn't have time to use them. read more

I can't thank Frank enough for his expertise and willingness to get the job done. I came back yesterday to have a window guide installed on my M3. Unfortunately I had previously went to shop that didn't know what they were doing and they (permanently) glued my door card to the door. I requested a new passenger side front window when my car was broken into in DTLA. I went at 10:15 and was quoted $180 and 60 - 90 mins for a replacement window. They got to work and were done in 45 mins including vacuuming broken glass in my car and cleaning the window throughly. The quality of the service and product was something I would recommend to a friend. For anyone who cares, 3.8% credit card fee cash price is flat this doesn't hurt a rating for a business in my opinion if it's this low percentage. read more

I've been here twice and was happy both times with the work these folks did. Last year, my passenger window would get stuck when lowered, so I went to GTO in hopes they could fix it. They took no more than an hour to fix the issue and it cost about $60 to get it fixed. Since then, I haven't had any issues with my window and it works perfectly A couple of weeks ago, I returned because I had a bigass crack on my windshield so I needed it replaced. I waited no more than an hour for the work to be complete and they already had a windshield perfectly sized for my car, so it was a super quick process! Recommended by a friend after they helped her as she arrived near closing time and they took care of her car quickly. I called and they offered me the lowest price I got and I understand it's not OEM parts but honestly I think with as many times you gotta do this stuff, and for my car's age, I don't expect my stuff to be immaculate. Check your car before you go! They didn't do the best job vacuuming my car around the area and I got a little cut up, and the car still sounds like it's got glass in the bottom- which is not my experience from safelite. It's interesting how reading some reviews online seem similar to what occurred to me. Went in got a quote turns out afterwards the final quote is more than agreed. What a shame.On top of that I had a employee get right infront of me and call me a liar lying himself saying that that was original quote. Terrible customer service. No one wants to go to GTO Auto Glass, but when you have to you are well taken care of. Having to stopped by twice now, I cannot say more about how seamless and effortless they make your "ordeal." After communicating the process and pricing, they get you in and out in a more than reasonable amount of time (providing a comfy lounge with Wi-Fi and beverages for you to wait in). There's not much more to say, top notch job and top notch service (they also "fixed" the upholstery on the arm rest that had exploded). We were staying at the Sheraton dt hotel (do not recommend) and because our truck was oversized they didn't valet or park us in a secure part of their hotel. Long story short, we parked at another garage down the road and had the window smashed at 2am. Well best of the best I must say. I accidentally backed into a parking garage structure and busted my back window out. I didn't know what I was going to do I called the dealership and they were going to charge me $1000 and it would take several days before they order the glass and I would be without a car. Finally my uncle called his friend Frank and I was referred to his company GTO Auto Glass. I was able to drive straight to the place and within two hours they replaced my whole back window for half the price. I was very pleased with the outcome and the fast service I don't think I can thank them enough for helping me out.
