Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. It's nice to come into a place and be greeted as soon as you walk in the door. This place is genuinely a place for kids and men, my kids and I appreciate the small kids play area. Just perhaps if the staff can wipe down the table and keep it a little cleaner so the little ones don't get hair in their hands would be nice. I have brought my 11 y/o for about 3 hair cuts here and so far he is happy with each result. Jose, Erick and Chris are awesome barbers. We had Chris on our last visit and he treated my son like he was he little buddy. :) I have had my appt. rescheduled or times changed which is little inconvenient for me, personal reasons. I moved from LA to Rialto and was looking for a barber spot when I found this gem. The shop has a professional but home vibe to it with a small section for you to buy hair and attire products. They also have a small little section for drinks and snacks. The place is kid friendly, offering a first haircut certificate when making an appointment. With so much talent in the shop I tried a few barbers and chose Chris Lopez as my barber; Eugenio M. is my son's barber of choice. These 2 barbers have been cutting our hair going on 2 years, so yes the service they provide is 5 stars. The price in my opinion is fair. First time here. Appointment at 9:45 on a Friday. Arrived 5 minutes early. A customer was leaving when I came in. I think I was the only customer there. The shop appeared to be clean and we'll kept. Chris cut my hair and my haircut was awesome. Chris was very friendly and asked questions throughout my cut to get it the way I wanted it. My hair was long, long in the back and over my ears on the sides. I had it cut with a 1 on the sides and left the back about 14 " long. Kind of a long Mohawk. Anyway, Chris was very attentive. Great haircut, clean shop. I will definitely return to Five Star to have Chris cut my hair again. Very happy! read more

Took me a long time to find a good barbershop for my boys. Now I've recommended it to uncles and friends. I take them to Art he does an awesome job on their hair. He's really fast always on time . The place is very clean and always a good vibe when you enter. Always playing good music.They do sell snacks in case you get a little hungry and hair products. I purchase a gel for my boys. The spot for a great cut. Atmosphere is great. They have a pool table, play are for kids, snacks and TVs to make the wait for walk-ins manageable.
