We were handed over to Cassidy to do the financial and paper work portion and that was a mess from the beginning! Cassidy has a horrible attitude and speaks to you like you're an idiot and doesn't let you get a word in! It's honestly sad that they allow someone like him to work for them and represent their company! He didn't help us at all and when we had any questions it was such a bother to him. It took months for us to FINALLY get anything accomplished because Cassidy gave us the run around and the tried to change the price that he originally had quoted us (tried to charge us way more). When I brought it up he had no excuse and then said he would "honor" the original quote. When we finally got our garage door installed, it wasn't even completed. The light on the garage motor/lift wasn't working, so my husband had to fix it and the decorative pieces weren't installed. When I asked Cassidy about it he made a snarky and smart ass comment of "well did you put a light bulb in it!?" And then tried to charge us for the decorative pieces for the garage door. I had already spoken to a manager named Jory who was supposed to call us back before I had called Cassidy back again and we never got that call back. This past week Cassidy called me to get the rest of the payment and had an attitude as usual, wouldn't let me get a word in as usual, and when I brought up the light and the decorative pieces again he once again was rude and made the same comments. I told him I needed to speak with manager because I couldn't deal with him any longer. 4 months later our garage door is finally installed and completed, but with the worst service (minus the service we received from Jarod). Please don't come to this company, find someone else or hire Jarod on the side.

He was professional and polite, and that first meeting was a good experience. When the day came to have the insulation put in, Ashton and his crew showed up and began to test the doors and windows for leaks. Unfortunately, they weren't able to put the attic insulation in because for that type of insulation all living beings (including pets) must be out of the house for about 24 hours. While this was inconvenient because I needed to make special arrangements to leave that long with my 19-year-old cat (the things we do for our pets, huh?), we set a new day after profuse apologies and the promise of a discount for the oversight. On the actual day of service, everything went smoothly. I left my key with Ashton for the duration of the work--which was about 4 hours--then came back and took the key back. It has been about a month since the work was done, and there is definitely an improvement with the temperature inside the house remaining more constant. I thought the work was very well done and even with the miscommunication, I felt that Scott and Ashton were both very good to work with and were able to use good customer service skills in the moment when there was an issue. Inevitably in business, there will be an issues and mistakes because businesses are made of humans and humans are not perfect. I think that how a company handles shows more than not making a mistake to begin with. Overall, I was happy with this experience. I thought the initial price I was given was very good as well. The only other thing that I was a little 'meh' on was that I felt the windows/doors could have been better sealed (which was part of the service I was getting); however, it isn't anything I can't do myself. I give Elite Energy Solutions a solid 4.5 stars and would recommend checking them out.

He also did not have a visible Orem City soliciting badge on his person. Ignoring the "no soliciting" sign is a potential misdemeanor and not having a solicitor's badge is another misdemeanor. Please train your staff properly to follow the laws.
