I've always got my comforters back in better shape than they came in. They're always friendly, and 45 dollars for a king size comforter isn't bad either. Nothing but incredible things to say about this company. I'd ordered a bridesmaid dress off Azazie and it was WAY too long... FIVE AND A HALF INCHES!!! Azazie was nothing short of a nightmare with my crazy summer!! I kind of stalled on finding an affordable alteration company as we had SIX trips this summer. Out of time, I took my 91 year old grandma up on her offer to hem it for me. Spending my very last day getting pinned up for hours before leaving for five nights of camping and then the wedding... That evening, my grandma changed her mind as her old age is slowing her down. I was literally screwed but then God blessed me with this place!! Somehow, my family found these people while I went out of service for five days. MICHELLE SAVED MY LIFE OMG! My grandma had the handyman take them to drop off a dress that I wasn't even there to try on haha. #YOLO LOL. None the less, it turned out perfect!!! I would not recommend getting anything important cleaned or pressed here. They clearly are careless and do not value other people's property. We dropped off a wedding dress and suit to be pressed, both in their nice/sturdy dress bag and suit bag, on nice hangers. They were returned to us on cheap hangers in thin clear plastic bags. I asked where the bags were and the owner just continued to repeat "take out" and ended by ignoring my questions. She would not even attempt to look for them or ask someone else. I am assuming they just throw them all away, if that is the case, they should inform you when you drop them off. read more

I started trying this cleaner because they are near my house. They aren't always the cheapest, but they have always gotten my clothes clean without issue and the owners are so kind. I shopped around when getting my wedding dress cleaned and their price was better than the other places and I trusted them to do a good job with such a valuable item, which they did. I took a wool blanket in that belonged to my late Grandfather from his military service during WW2. It had a stain on it. They removed the stain and the blanket is beautiful! I also took in a wool peacoat that was about 10 years old. I just wanted it cleaned but they took the time to take off all the pills on it. It looks brand new. Everyone should use them read more

They shrank my $250 wool sweater! I don't know if there's anything else I need to say. With a dry cleaner, you want to be able to give them your best and trust they will do right by you. These guys ruined my down alternative comforter (which has a tag that says "Dry Clean Only"). I suspect it was actually just put into a too-small washing machine which caused several seams to rip and the down- alternative filling to ball up inside. It literally looks like somebody cut soccer balls in half and stuffed it in my comforter. Awful. $38 to clean (ruin) an item that I was always nervous about having cleaned due to the possibility of it being destroyed. I guess I was right to be nervous. Absolutely terrible. read more

The lady that owns this place knew me by name after only a couple visits and is always very nice and pleasant. I get between 2-4 shirts cleaned and pressed every week and am always satisfied with them. Other cleaners I have gone to, the nice pressed look deteriorates as the day goes on but with her's it lasts one to two days. I've only used these guys twice but so far I'm insanely happy with them. They were happy to alter my dress on short notice, even made me a cup of coffee while they taking measurements. This business should receive no stars. As you walk in their doors the place is disgusting and there are piles of clothing, bedding, and drapes, ect. all over. I have been there a couple times and would never go back. I came out of there the last time with 3 completely ruined shirts that I took in there with NO stains on them. They have water marks and stains all over them! One of the shirts was very expensive! My husband took a pair of pants in there to get altered and when he put them on, there was a slit down the side of them! They gave him his money back!! DON'T ever take clothes here!!!!!! read more
