They even charged extra for the sake of the item being delicate and taking more time to clean. If they knew to charge extra for the sake of the item being delicate, there's no reason for my skirt to be returned to me so carelessly with holes from huge safety pins being stuck into it. The manager was not helpful at all when brought to their attention the damage caused by them. I would not recommend anyone bringing anything to be cleaned or serviced by these dry cleaners.

When I went to get a second opinion on the damaged items I received from Avi, I was told that the…read moresilk garments had been washed on a harsh cycle and machine-dried. This caused excessive fabric wear, faded color, and chipped buttons. The items are now ruined. The rest of the clothes I received from Avi were under-cleaned and covered with a white, paper-like residue. The reason I had to seek another opinion and service is because not only did Avi ruin some of my clothes and did a poor job on the rest, but his response when I brought up the issue was: "I don't see the problem... I don't appreciate it..." That alone shows that Avi doesn't understand how to properly dry clean or how the process works. To make matters worse, since he either isn't aware of his mistakes or chooses to ignore them, he has refused to compensate me for the damaged items. All of the garments I gave him were new, worn only once, and sent for dry cleaning for the first time. Several are now completely destroyed. Once I told him that I had filed complaints with the Attorney General's Office and Consumer Protection, he suddenly said he was willing to re-clean the clothes. Again, some of them are ruined. Re-cleaning doesn't fix fabric damage, faded color, or broken buttons. He continues to ignore everything I've said and refuses to take real responsibility.
