Luckily i got Mills Automotive number and the owner came out within 30 minutes and towed me to his shop. He didn't promise me he'd fix it but sent his secretary into Janesville Saturday morning to pick up the rare fan belt (i have a 1 ton diesel truck with 3 alternators). The owner installed the belt and i was on my way by 2pm Saturday. He even let me borrow one of his cars overnight which saved me a taxi to and from the shop from my campsite. Completely amazing service. Most outstanding service ever - he even was hosting a party at his house Saturday and still came in to help me. My car was there for 4 days and they charge me for 5 days of storage at $50.00 per day. My car was brought in at 12:45 am Friday morning so from Midnight till 8:00 am they consider that 1 day. After they rolled my window down and it wouldn't roll up, they did not fix the problem, they just gave me back my car and told me not to roll my window down until I come in for a dignosis which cost 95 dollars. And that doesn't even include what was wrong with it. They broke the window and did not fix it for me for free. I'm an furious with ketterhagen motors and I will never ever go back.
