I'm from Western New York and pizza is very important to me. I've lived here 4 years and this is the first good pizza I have had. Its thick, the sauce is excellent and all ingredients are fresh and of high quality. I love it and am a lifetime customer now. You know how you order the pizza and then go outside to toke a little before it gets there. Just to enhance the pizza experience. Well, invariably, the pizza arrives even before I can get a good buzz on. One time, they forgot my soda and the driver actually went to the store around the corner and brought me back my soda. Yesterday I ordered wings with my pizza thinking that I don't expect the wings to be great cause their specialty was pizza. The wings were large, juicy and the sauce was perfect. Excellent. I have no issue with the quality of the product, my issue is their customer service. Everytime I've ordered from them there has always been an issue. I order and something gets forgotten , I ordered my food again another time and the desert got left behind, I order my food again another time and the soda gets left behind, I order my food and I get it repeated back to me and when they show up I only get 90 percent of my order, the driver says I'll be right back...time goes by and I eventually call to see if the guy forgot or is on the way, the manager gets on the food and says I didn't order what was left off and I wasn't charged. 2 things, 1) were they gonna call and tell me? And 2) why did the person repeat me order back to me correctly. I'm done with this place . It's a shame too, the food isn't bad. But, it's every time. I dont eat pizza that often but it won't be from here again. read more

We live 1 street past the delivery ending point I was told on the phone. I asked if we could meet at the last street, or at the park that is within their radius. No. Can we meet at Bings Landing park where there are picnic tables and BBQ areas? No. Can we PAY EXTRA for them to drive one more damn street over? NO. Can we speak to a manager? Yea sure.... Just OK. Pizza was decent but the wings we ordered were rubbery. We had to put them in our oven to attempt to get them crispy which delayed a dinner that was supposed to be care free. I don't think I would spend the money to buy pizza or wings here again. read more

I did have problems in the past with them getting my order wrong, but they still had great pizza, so since I won...I ordered my Free Large Pizza tonight! WOW!!! It was Amazing!!! Good pizza, but I've tried telling them twice now that their website does NOT work all the time (and now I see that it loads FINE on a cell connection, but will NOT work via a household using Brighthouse/Spectrum internet). I called them back and although the manager did not apologize, she did say that she'd send another one over. The next one arrived quickly and the sweet delivery girl apologized. This is the absolute best pizza I have ever had and not just in my local area, I mean EVER. I saw a reviewer claiming that when they opened during hurricane Irma the prices were hiked up and they sold only large pizzas. First they actually didn't hike the prices, the prices were actually discounted, and second it was during a hurricane...you can't expect everything to be 100% up and running during a natural disaster. The fact that they risked their safety in order to open to order even a limited menu and deliver to hungry customers during a hurricane is pretty commendable in my opinion. That being said, the delivery is fast, the pizza is delicious and hot, and the prices are great. You can tell that they use quality ingredients, and they never skimp on them. The pizza isn't the only amazing menu item at Five Star, if you have a sweet tooth definitely try the cinnamon rolls. The pizza rolls are also amazing and I love their marinara sauce. If you are in the area and you are looking for pizza you really can't go wrong with these guys. They are pretty amazingly good. read more
