I absolutely love five star sitters! We recently used RJ as our very first MALE sitter and all I can say is WOW!!!!!!! He was running, and playing games, coloring, playing outside with the soccer ball, just really went above and beyond to bring some fun to the day. My son is very active so it was great to see him bond so well with a new sitter and enjoy his time away from mom... and the tv. Aside from being extremely hands on with my son, he left my house spotless (which isn't a requirement) but it was so nice to come home to a clean house after working all day! We used Five Star Sitters while on vacation in Vegas and couldn't be happier! I had hoped to find a personal reference for a local sitter, with no luck and was hesitant to use a service as we'd never used one before. Booking on the website was easy and Danica was quick to ask for additional information and provide us with the particulars of our sitter. Our sitter actually changed on the day of, but the replacement sitter, Emma, was phenomenal! She was a few min early and was easy to communicate with while coordinating getting her up to our room. Five Star has been mine and my family's lifesaver while parenting for the first time during the pandemic. Danica and her team are truly wonderful. I have used this service to hire two part-time nanny's who were both EXCELLENT. My baby loved both of them so much, and they provided excellent care. We have also used the on call sitters when the nanny was unavailable, and both of the on call sitters I met were outstanding. The small fee to pay for the nanny is worth EVERY penny. We tried finding a nanny using care.com and it just didn't work out. I have not yet used the on-site center, but I did tour it, and it's very nice and clean. Not only do they have a convenient, clean, and fun location in downtown Summerlin, but they have amazing, professional and passionate, experienced, background checked babysitters on call to come sit even if it's planned out in advance, or if it's a last minute situation. I'm insanely impressed with Danica, who is always prompt when there is any concerns, not only does she email every detail, but also calls if anything changes. They always make me feel important and consistently take care of our needs. My kids adore each and every sitter, and every caretaker at the Summerlin location. They beg me to drop them off to play every time we are in the downtown Summerlin area, and run to get through the door. Also, something that is wonderful is they give Dance Dynamic/instructor discounts, they change diapers (super helpful!) and they have pack and plays so my son can nap. I use the drop-in service at Downtown Summerlin and I can't say enough positive things about it. The clean/well-equipped facility and the staff are excellent. I can really tell they care about the business as well as the children. The professional/friendly ladies that care for the children are so caring and hands on. Five-Star has allowed me to have a TruFusion membership and given my husband and I date nights knowing our 2 year old is in a safe place getting some playtime. Our son is an only child and just loves it at Five-Star...I have seen social growth since he's started going there. I've used the drop in services at summerlin a few times now and absolutely love it. It is so convenient and allows me to do what I need to get done fast. My kids are always well taken care of. My 4 yr old boy has so much fun playing and has made crafts with the staff as well. My 1 yr old boy also is well taken care of and really was watched the entire time, especially near the play structure. I was also happy to find that one time when I picked them up, the employee told me that the 1 yr old had a blow out! I only brought extra diaper but she was able to change his diaper and clothes for me and told me to just bring back the borrowed clothes next time. I've had a very good experience with 5 Star Sitters placement service. I signed up for a package of discounted reservations and have used it a couple times so far. Booking online is pretty easy, and then connecting with the sitter is a breeze. Both sitters that have been sent - one for a Saturday night and another for a Thursday daytime - have been friendly, energetic, and great with my son. The communication is succinct from 5 Star including the background & skills of the sitter, as well as what checks & certifications they have. I cannot say enough good things about FSS! I previously booked a sitter .. to make a long story short I hadn't finished the booking process and found myself in a bind the same day. I was able to reach out to FSS via email and received a response shortly from Danica Speer. She was very helpful and was able to set us up with Nakeya Walker that same night. I've dealt with other services before and I will say this is the first time I was impressed with the follow through from a company like this. There's other companies that will promise to send you info about your sitter but don't. I requested someone with experience with small children and Danica provided me with Nakeya's work history and I felt at ease before I even met her. She showed up early was professionally and friendly! I'm SO happy I found FSS. Their rates are farrrrr more reasonable than others ( upon research they have better ratings than services 5 star hotels have used!) that's impressive. Five star sitters was amazing! While it was a bit difficult to get somebody on the phone at times they came through amazingly well. We came to Vegas this past weekend to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday and planned on seeing a show Saturday evening. We received the bio on the sitter who would be watching our 3-year-old son along with her contact information earlier that morning. Her name was Jordan and she was great, would totally recommend her! She showed up about 15-minutes before the scheduled start time and let me know when she was in the lobby so we could come down a meet her. My son loves meeting new people and this was no different, he loved his time with her! I spent a little bit of time getting to know her, and then went over everything before we headed out. I let her know there was also an in-room dining menu if she wanted to order any dinner for herself and that our son had leftovers and snacks available in the room. We got back sometime between 9:30 and 10 PM and our little boy was changed and passed out. She told us how much fun they had and how sweet he was before we paid her for her time and said goodbye. I like to feel like I can "click" with somebody and I definitely felt that way about Jordan! We go back in about two weeks and will be using this service again! As well as in November when we are there for the ball! Also, on a side note! At a price of 13 an hour with a $20 booking fee you can't beat it! We stayed at the Trump Hotel on a Hotwire deal and they offered a different nanny service. However, they were asking $45 an hour which seemed a bit steep. We used Five Star Sitters during our vacation in Las Vegas, staying at a hotel on the strip. They were able to send out a sitter last minute to watch our 9 month old and 5 year old and she was able to watch our kids all week! This company is so professional, quick to respond to emails or calls, accommodating and very easy to work with - you just create a profile online and book a sitter and they send you their bio. It's the only time I've ever left my dog in the care of someone else and she didn't freak out about me leaving her.
