Randy arrived on time on 18 APR and proceeded to get to work on our carpets. And yes, we vacuumed the entire house before his arrival with our 35-year-old Kirby upright vacuum. We had him focus on the high-traffic areas of two bedrooms and one office as well as a main hallway, entrance-way, living room, family room, and the stairs to the basement. He pretreated the entire carpet with a spray and then got to work. He brought out what he called the "heavy artillery" as our carpet hasn't been cleaned really well since well before the passing of our senior Italian Greyhounds several years ago. The heavy artillery was an electric-powered rotary steam scrubber. Think of a small floor polisher with steam and vacuum! That did the trick, and after finishing, he gave the carpet a good rake to lift the pile. Note that this heavy artillery is NOT gentle to the pile, but it does clean well! Oh, and he arrived with what seemed like a brand new van and a gasoline-engine-powered steam pressure generator. It looked factory fresh! Randy took care of the stairs by hand using an attachment and took his time getting it done right. Also, this rotary scrubber leaves a more than expected amount of water in the carpet...necessitating open windows for several days to properly dry the clean carpet. Word to the wise. All in all, Five Stars for great service, a technician who really knows his stuff, was pleasant to chat with, and did all this for us for $375. We're very pleased, and we'll have Scott's back again someday--and not wait as long.

We have cats who vomit occasionally and they of course go running for the carpet whenever they need to vomit. Within a year our carpet looked pretty awful. Thanks to Tyler it now looks as good as new. His process was very thorough. The companies I have used in the past would use one basic machine and they would be in and out very quickly. Tyler really took his time and he used a few different tools and very thoroughly cleaned the pet stains. He was also conscientious of the carpet fiber material and used a process that wouldn't risk damage to it. I also like that the products are pet safe.
