When I called to schedule an appointment a woman gave me a time frame and not a specific time. I arrived at the top of the recommended time. After a brief wait a gentleman (the only person that does the mink individual lash extensions here) escorted me to his chair. He worked quickly, but I won't say efficiently. While pulling my eyelid up he allowed either to get into my eye, this burned something terrible. After he finished I was initially pleased with the look, but that quickly turned to disappointment when I started to feel as if the eye lash extensions were clumped together. One of my eyes also became very irritated. When I attempted to return to have the eyelashes cleaned up and the clumps removed, it was very difficult to get a call back. I decided to just drive over, unfortunately the gentleman was not there and I had to wait another day. On the day of the repair the same thing occurred, he got glue in my eyes. I got there and saw customer before getting tinted eyebrows and since mine are thin I thought I'd try it since it's my birthday weekend. It's $12 for waxing and $10 for tinting. She used a q-tip to dab wax in various places which instantly made me look with my phone. To this she said that they don't wax really before tinting. So to me I'm assuming I wouldn't be charged for the waxing. She tints them and fixes the width on one that I noticed even without my glasses on and it was done. She told me it would look better as I keep getting it done and to be careful how I wash my face. Checkout. $22 and I asked why am I being charged for waxing if they are fully waxed. She said the cleanup is still considered a wax. Okay. I don't love them. They aren't uniform. Yes they appear thicker but not what I had in mind nor look like what I looked at while waiting. This was my first time ever trying tinting and I'll probably try it again from somewhere else. The biggest thing though is when I got to the car to examine how we all do when we get this done. I noticed all the wax she left on my face. I had to use a receipt to get it off. That was just not acceptable.

I assumed the acrylic was the cause so Monday I went to have them remove the false nail and a fungus had set up under my nail bed. The lady put something anti fungal stuff on it. That's all. It was hurting so bad I went to er They said it was puss under my nail and drilled a hole to release it. They numbed my thumb with 2 needles then lifted my nail bed up and packed it with gauze. My only negatives are (1) turnover seems high which means that my sugarista may change without notice and (2) it's REALLY pink. Like really. We ended up going here and being able to walk right in. After a little wait, they got started on our nails and they did an AMAZING job! Plus all the workers there were very sweet and funny. After 20 minutes of waiting when I was told to come now (since we live close I literally got there 10 min after I spoke to the owner), I left. The owner I guess saw me walk out or someone told her? And called me frantically 3 times in a row asking me to come back and I ignored her. Are you joking??????? The customer service here is such a joke. Save your money for real.
