At last I called Verrazano Roofing and Mr. Larry came to give me an estimate. He saw what was wrong. It was during winter of 2020 but it was mild and he told me it could be done. He came with a large crew of employees who were respectful and did the work in a very neat way. Even the hatch was fixed without my asking. They brought two pieces of wood, raised the hatch, put roof material around it and even installed the two locks I had there before. Not that the hatch is more important than the roof but it is important too. They also sealed around the two new skylights which he did not install because I did not know Mr. Larry and his crew were so good at what they do, or I would have bought them from him. The roof was guaranteed for ten years against natural leaks. I think and hope the roof will outlive me.
