The team that showed up was courteous and professional, they informed us when the work was going to be noisy and made sure we knew about everything -- they also got the materials lifted up rather early and did it from some machine so we didn't have to deal with materials through the house! The roof is fantastic and it drains properly since we paid extra for some tapered insulation, I appreciate Waras showed us the design and was transparent of the cost.... I requested a price estimate for replacing the mortar on the front and back wall of our house back in March 2024 but didn't request for the work to begin until the end of April 2024 due to scheduling issues. As his team was working on the house, they discovered issues with our roof and offered to replace it. We also wanted additional work done and the total price for everything was reasonable. He was very thorough in his explanation on how his team will work on each part of the project. As we were satisfied with the work, we requested a second price estimate for a different project in June 2024. Work didn't begin until July 2024 due to scheduling issues. They grinded out the mortar from the bricks at the front balcony, staircase, and garage areas and filled in the areas with cement. They also sanded the lintel from the garage and added primer and paint to rust proof the area. read more

I've hired many contractors over the years, but Big Rose Restoration is now my go-to for all my exterior contracting needs. Waras and his crew are extremely professional and make sure all of your needs are satisfied. They came out to give a quick free estimate which was fair and to the point. After they gave their estimate, we came to an agreement and had everything signed off on. They were to come and repair 2 roofs as soon as they could. Alongside the roof repair I also needed some minor gutter installation which they did for a fair price. Due to some unfortunate snow/rain timing during and after the initial work on our patio, some of the paint was not able to dry correctly and started bubbling and peeling after a few weeks. We contacted Big Rose but by then it was the middle of winter and weather was not permitting of a reapplication. 6 months later in June, we contacted Big Rose again and they were able to get us scheduled within the week with no problem at all. Very happy with the job Big Rose did for us. Our roommate was using the roof for gardening and we realized that some leaks were coming through. Of course the landlord is very busy so took matters into our own hand and tried out Big Rose after a friend recommended them.
