Store is always clean with hot coffee and beverages in the waiting area to accommodate. I could not think of another place I rather bring my vehicle than the Town Fair Tire in Cranston. They are reasonable with their prices and the kindness of the staff adds a special touch. I have been a loyal customer for approximately four years. On the day in question, Nick instructed me to drop my vehicle off at 8:00 a.m. for service. I did exactly that. After receiving no communication for hours, I called around 11:00 a.m. and was informed that my vehicle would not be serviced. The fact that no one contacted me and simply left my vehicle sitting there for hours is completely unacceptable. My time was wasted, and no service was provided despite my willingness to pay for the work. I also find it deeply concerning that personal feelings appeared to play a role in this decision. Business decisions should be based on professionalism, not personal disagreements. I specifically want to address Nuno Aguiar. I purchased a vehicle through him and have spent thousands of dollars repairing and maintaining it since buying the burden of a "car". That experience has been a significant financial burden, and I cannot ignore the role it has played in my loss of confidence in this business. I also want to address Rob, who hung up on me during our conversation. Regardless of any disagreement, hanging up on a long-time customer is unprofessional and disrespectful. The facts are simple: I was told to bring my car in at 8:00 a.m., I complied, I received no communication, I had to call for answers myself, and I was ultimately denied service after waiting for hours.
