Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

We bought a prefabricated gazebo from Sam's Club and couldn't finish due to the summer being so bad, so once it was cool enough we started looking for someone to finish it because we lost the motivation to finish it ourselves LOL. Dean was able to finish it in about 7 hours BY HIMSELF which shocked us because we had 4 people put the frame together over 2 days. He was reasonably priced per hour compared to others who's whole business is to put pre-fabs together, yet wanted to charge their full price for BS reasons they claimed as potential "quality" or "liability" issues when half of the job was already put together. Some of the details you can't see, whisper quiet exhaust fan, LED ceiling lights, the rain shower head and metal edge on the tile to give a finished look. The backsplash that came with the vanity did not have a side piece, so he came up with using the tile from the shower floor, which really tied everything together. His entire crew from demo to finish were so helpful and answered all my questions. We keep pinching ourselves every time we walk in our bathroom to make sure it isn't a dream! We couldn't be happier! He reached out the day before and an hour before to confirm the appointment, arrived on time, and while completing the service was communicative and answered questions that I had. Very friendly guy. Made me feel comfortable which is important as a single female. While completing the work he was very efficient and he covered up appliances to make sure nothing got damaged and cleaned up all areas. When the job was done, he made sure that I was happy with it, which I was!!! He worked quickly and efficiently! He was also so kind to take a look at another unrelated minor issue in the home that I brought up to him and repaired it for me free of cost. That goes a long way to show that he is honest, and cares about his customers to go the extra mile. Thanks so much Robert! I 1,000% recommend and would be using him for any future needs. Walter stated he didn't want to drive to our house if we were not home, so he canceled the appointment and had our warranty work order moved to a different service provider. I stated we had confirmed we'd be home when I spoke to him on Sunday, but Walter did not care and restated he didn't want to drive all the way to our house. If you don't want to drive to a customers home, do not accept the job. After the call, I noticed our warranty company sent at email at 11:05AM stating the work order had been switched. Walter only waited 3-4 minutes after I missed his call to cancel the appointment. I will not recommend him for any future electrical work and will be requesting our warranty company to not allow him to service our home in the future.
