Every day my wife and I feel blessed by our new shower and how wonderful it is. My pictures do not do it justice. Last year we had a leak in the shower tile due to poor initial construction from 2006. This caused our ceiling in our dining room to blow out as the water leaked into it. We contracted Virgil to remodel the bathroom and then to repair the ceiling. Not only was the bathroom tile perfectly done along with painting, he was able to repair the ceiling in a way that is impossible to tell anything happened. I am OCD about this and every tile was perfect. Not one misalignment. I know because I looked at every line. As a note, to repair the ceiling, he had to take a section of the wall out and get a paint match. He then repaired the area and the paint matched perfectly. He also corrected bad construction and added space in our shower by removing an awkward tiled shower bench that was installed to cover up sloppy initial plumbing. He recentered the drain, fixed the piping, and insured we would have no issues 20 years from now by DOING IT RIGHT! The job took weeks to complete as expected and we got to know him and his crew. We quickly picked up on he is a man of great character and integrity. We left on vacation and allowed him to come and go through the house even though we were not home. And, what a delight his son was! Note the ceiling picture. There was a giant hole there and a large section of the green/brown paint was missing. In the pictures you cannot even tell there was a hole in the ceiling!! I would not hesitate on any remodel when it comes to Virgil and crew.

When they first came over to give an estimate, Eric (the owner) guided us (the roofing impaired people) on the intricacies of roofing and the differences between a "good" roof and a "bad" roof. He made recommendations on what would suit our needs (essentially how he'd do his own roof - if in our shoes). Came back with the proposal the next day and the bid simply could not be beat (he encouraged us to look around). When it was time to construct, he explained every process thoughtfully (and patiently) from start to finish. He explained each individual component and why it was chosen for our application. The man has passion! Every day when the work day ended, the crew always cleaned up and made sure things were nice and tidy (this is after a LONG day working) before leaving.
