When setting the appointment we originally were having 2 tv's, 2 mounts & one cord concealment installed however through this process my husband decided to buy another tv & have it mounted. There were a few other things added to the project at the last minute also. Alex & his wife were extremely patient throughout the whole process of our the last minute changes. We had Alex come hang an 86" TV on our wall. We had the mount already and Alex did ask for a picture of the mount, TV, and wall we were wanting to hang the tv so he could be prepared. Alex and his wife came earlier than expected (they let me know and I prefer earlier than later) they had everything they needed to get the project done including extra parts I might have needed to conceal cords, hang the speaker, etc. I heard back from Alex after requesting a quote within a few hours and I had sent this email late at night. The Zehm's team was punctual. They unboxed my new 85" television to check the mounting holes in the rear to ensure my existing mount would work. They had to move my mount up, and they got the measurements perfect, with a solid/stable install.
