I took my second generation iPad to iQue Repair in Provo after it developed a crack on the screen. $133 later, the folks at iQue Repair gave me back a totally destroyed iPad. They absolutely bent the frame out of shape and the new glass was not even flush against the frame. After I complained, their technician said "what do you expect, we had to bend it to take the screen off." I am still waiting to hear back from the manager, more than a couple of calls, in store visits and two months later. Buyer Beware! At least with my iPad, these clowns showed they were completely incompetent and inept. read more

Maybe I'm the 1 in 100, but I did not receive the same overall outstanding service that the other reviews portray, which was disappointing. First off, their quality of work was great and they did it really fast, which I was thankful for, but the communication between their own staff and between them and me, the customer, was horrible. If you want to read the story see below. Just be sure to GET EVERYTHING WRITTEN DOWN THAT YOU'RE GETTING DONE WITH PRICES! I had to get a data transfer from one computer to another. My new computer didn't have as much hard drive, so i was told they would transfer all the data they could to the new computer and then put whatever data that was left over to an external hard drive that I provided. 1 total full transfer. When i picked up the computer they told me that everything was transferred except the videos and music, so I gave them my external hard drive to transfer the rest of the data to complete 1 full transfer. When I went to pick it they charged me an extra ~$50 because they did another full data transfer instead of just doing the videos and music. When I asked them why I was charged they said that it was 2 data transfers (not what we agreed on). Then they said that all the data was actually transferred to my computer including video and music, which it was not. Eventually they refunded the amount back, but would not accept responsibility for them not knowing what they were doing. Basically, it was a lot of he said she said, and break down of communication that lead to me being overcharged and extremely frustrated. They said one thing, then did another, then said they did another thing, but didn't, and charged me for another thing. Ridiculous. read more

I took my ipad to Ique to have the screen replaced. After I picked it up I took it home and placed it on my dresser. The next day I noticed there was a small crack on the screen. When I called Ique and suggested they has installed a faulty screen or that it had been installed incorrectly, they told me that was impossible. They said they could give me a good deal and fix it for only $75. I just paid them more than that the day before to fix it. I went to their store to talk to someone in person and it was like talking to a brick wall. The customer service is horrible. I WOULDN 'T RECOMMEND I QUE REPAI TO ANYONE. They don't glue ante their work. I was told once you walk out the door they have no responsibilities in regard to the repair. read more

The website says make an appointment, which I did. It asks what repairs I need and I fill in that the screen on my iPad 2 is cracked. I get an e mail reminding me of my appointment to get my iPad 2 screen replaced, which tells me not to be late. On the day of the appointment I arrive 10 minutes early. I tell him that I have an appointment, he says "are you Brandon? With the iPad 2?" I tell him, yes, and he says he is out of iPad 2 screens. When asked how long until he had one he replied, "No idea. Probably 2-3 weeks." No apology for wasting my time, nothing. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will definitely not be back for any reason. read more

I took my phone into iQue repair for some work to be done last weekend. I was in Utah from Boise for a funeral and I ran into power problems on my phone during the trip. I set the phone so that it would forward all calls to another one of my phones and started looking for a repair store. After finding iQue repair, I decided to take it there after viewing repair costs and the "quality" of service. I brought my phone to the store Thursday at 4:00. They let me know they would have it done by Friday afternoon so that I could get back on the road to travel back to Boise. I said, that sounds great, I'll pick it up tomorrow afternoon. Friday came around and I had not heard anything from them. I called and they let me know that the phone was ready. Great I thought, I'll just pick it up on my way out of town. Well, I showed up at the shop and they let me know they had not even looked at the device. Frustrating. I had to postpone my return trip to Boise to wait for my phone. Early Saturday afternoon I called before stopping by to pick up my phone. They let me know they had found a problem from what my Boise phone repair company had done 6 months ago and they could not get the phone working 100%. I said I'll take it to the repair shop in Boise when I get back. They said ok, it will be $45. I thought and said what am I getting charged for? They said that even though the problems could not be completely fixed, they had to charge me for the part they put in. So, I paid them. I got home to Boise and have had nothing but problems with my phone. So, I took it back to my original repair shop. They took the phone apart, found the problem and fixed it very quickly. When I got to the store to pick up my phone, the rep showed me what the problem really was. The company in Utah had incorrectly put in the part, getting it bent and breaking the connector in the process of putting it in. Also, they had not done the needed prep work to put in the new part and had crammed it onto the iphone causing more damages. That was a very frustrating situation. iQue did not help me at all. They actually caused more problems with the phone than were originally there. I have pictures of the part that was put in while I was in Utah and I can post them if needs be. To let you know really briefly, the power connecter was put in without being shaped prior to putting it in, causing parts of the connector to get bent (thereby causing all of the so called other problems). My Boise rep also showed me one part on the connector that had been broken off during the install. I just want people to know that not everything this company does is correct. I know the service is needed, but I should be getting grade A service. I did not and want to throw a warning out to everyone. WATCH OUT FOR POOR QUALITY SERVICE!! read more

Totally mislead!!!! Service was all about double talk. I was informed I would get tempered glass in my devise and the cost would cover a $5 a month guarantee for 6 months but it would last 8 months. I told them I didn't need a warrantee but if they were giving it to me it would be fine. Upon picking up the devise the next day they stated they didn't have tempered glass but put in something else. Additionally, they had charged me for a warrantee that I didn't want. I told them I would keep the glass they had put in and not the tempered glass. Then they informed me I had received a discount and hadn't paid for the tempered glass so the price was the same.m- no change in what the charged me. Next they said they would cancel my warrantee after this month since I had already paid for this month. Rip off!!! I will not return there and would suggest no one go to a place that deals so dishonestly with customers. read more

So I went here to get my iPhone screen repaired and when I got home noticed that the screen was kinda warped. I thought I would bring it in the next day and have it looked at but in the meantime put my phone down on my tile counter face down. When I went to pick it up again the screen was shattered and noticed upon further inspection that the screen was peeling away from the phone in certain places. Went to go get it fixed again and was told that it was my fault. I asked him how he knew it was my fault and he replied, "Cause I'm awesome." Completely unprofessional. He said lots of people come back saying the same thing, so obviously there is a problem here. Don't come here. Go to iPhixit instead or another apple repair company. Better yet, buy it on amazon and do it yourself. He obviously doesn't care about keeping business. Some other customers heard my complaints and left without buying anything. Good for them. read more

I will NEVER go to iQue repair again and I tell all my clients how bad they are! I went to the American Fork location because I broke my iPhone 5 screen. It took weeks to get the screen in. Then 3 months later my screen popped off. I took it back in the next week because Im crazy busy with my business. The girl was rude and said it was over the 90 days. It was 5 days over... She said it popped off because my phone case was cheap and didn't cover the screen to hold it in. (I have a very nice, hard, expensive case) i did not drop my phone I pulled my phone out of my pocket and the screen was off. Apple store says its because they use cheap parts and glue.... Anyways I asked how much it would cost to glue my screen back down and she was going to charge $125 for it. Thats crap because I don't need a new screen and they sold me bad product... DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!! They charge way to much! When they fixed my screen my bill was just under $150..... read more
