I brought my iPhone 14 Pro for initially water damage and found out after going to Apple my LCD screen was replaced with a knockoff, I started having issues with my battery because it was draining the battery too fast. I initially paid $225 through Zelle and the 30 day warranty only covers the knockoff screen. I went in again thinking the warranty would be honored but when I paid a fee of $140 to replace my battery when Apple does it for $100! This business replaced my apple battery with a knockoff as well and I was still having the same issues even 30 minutes after picking up my iPhone. They neglected to resolve or fully refund, I was done making attempts with them to fix my phone when it would lead to another issue they will cause. Would rate no stars if I could. My girlfriends phone died and wouldn't turn back on or charge. It was only about 3 months old. He asked if we dropped it. We did not. The screen had some scratches on it so he said it was the screen. He said his "machine" said nothing was wrong and it had electricity running through the phone, so it was the screen. My girlfriend didn't believe him cuz it was just working before the battery died. Boy was she right. So we pay $45 for a diagnostic fee and $130 for a new screen. (The phone is $300) Starting December 5th We had to wait a day for the new screen to be shipped so he said it would be ready tomorrow (dec 6) Well guess what, Not ready, needed to wait another day. Dec 7, guess what, wasn't the screen. Need to wait another day, At least he said he would refund the screen. Dec 8 now, and still not ready. Gave him the weekend Dec 12 still not ready, no idea what is wrong, no idea how much it will be and no phone for a week. We almost just want to get the phone back and buy a new one, but we give him a few more days. I give up and show up to get the phone back. He tells me it's in San Pedro. Like he forgot to notify us or something? He refuses to give me the location or phone number and asks me why I'm upset for no reason. I told him he said it was the screen and it wasn't and it will always be tomorrow , tomorrow, tomorrow. And still no idea what's wrong or how much it will be. He said he had no time to run a proper diagnostic because we brought it in during closing time. But he had it for 2 days before the screen came in. Dec 20 he finally has it back and says the motherboard needs to be replaced. $200 - $250 he says. The phone is $300 and we already paid $45 and waisted 2 weeks and a day. I was unable to access my phone data and the screen was stuck on numbers only on July 7 2023. I could not enter my passcode. The owner said it needed a factory reset. He quoted 75 dollars and said to come back in 45 minutes. I asked her to take a photo of my screen and send it to me so I could review it later. He never did. I returned to the store, which reeks of cigarette smoke, and got my phone, paid and never was provided a receipt or invoice. I found out later that afternoon that the screen I was stuck on was simply emergency call. All was needed was a swipe to clear, something any phone repair person would know. The fixman said he is going to diagnose the iPhone and he will call me on saturday. No call. I went to his shop, nobody there. Amazing service. I took my Notebook here after spilling coffee on the keyboard. I did clean the inside myself. However, I did not clean the keyboard, so the keys were sticky and would stay down for a minute after I press them. I decided to take my Notebook for for a clean up (not fully, yet he still cleaned the whole device in and out). This place is a rip off!! Do not take your computer here. They will give you one price and end up charging you way more even more than your computer is worth. Please do your research. Part two: Yes, my husband went back in there to get a refund for the charger that we were charged $75 for and found online for $15.00. We paid cash literally 10 minutes earlier and he wanted him to wait hours for a refund.
