I saw all these positive reviews but it also seemed a little too good to be true for the price, and it was. I came to get a battery replacement and the battery used was a cheap rip-off that ran out in just a couple hours. To his credit Vicente was really nice and it seems like this could have been just a one-off thing. But I called to ask about the advertised warranty on the battery, and I haven't heard back from him in 2 weeks. I can't honestly review this place any higher than 2 stars. read more

Horrible service. I dropped my iPhone 14, cracking the screen, at six flags and figured I would get it repaired nearby. Keep in mind, all that was broken was the screen at this point. Vicente repaired it in less than 10 minutes before handing it back to me. They completely broke my phone, then had the audacity to charge me $80 for it! I later went to a different repair store and it was totaled from the repair I got here. I don't even know how they managed to do that fixing a cracked screen. I went to this location about a month ago looking to replace my cracked iPhone 10 screen. I was told the price would be $140 if I paid cash and that my phone would be ready within an hour. An hour passed, I picked up my phone and all seemed well. About 3 weeks later, my phone falls out of my purse onto carpet and my screen goes completely blue and then black (despite the fact that I had a screen protector). I return to the store and the owner, explained that the crack was internal and because I recently had my screen replaced, he would give me a $20 discount... lucky me! Because I needed my phone the next day for work, I decided to pay another $120 cash and was told my phone would be fixed in an hour and half. Again I picked up my phone, the screen was replaced and I asked about my previous screen protector which suffered no damage from the second crack and of course, the owner offered to SELL me one for an additional $15. At this point, I had paid almost $300 to replace my screen and wasn't going to pay anymore. The very next day, I'm at work and again, my phone has a minor fall and the screen cracks internally AGAIN! I return to the store and the owner said that "I must drop my phone a lot" and that the type of phone case I was using was not protecting my phone properly. I explained that I drop my phone as much as anyone else does and have used the type of phone case since I've owned iPhones (many years) and never had my screen crack so easily, let alone internally. He then suggested I pay $300 to replace the screen with an original one and I told him that I was NOT going to pay him anymore. So he agreed to fix my phone for the THIRD time in 3 weeks for free but told me if my screen cracked again he would not be able to do anything else for me. Well it's exactly ONE week later... and guess what? My screen has cracked internally for a FOURTH time in a month and this time, I had a screen protector that he applied. read more

I was looking a for a cheaper alternative to apple as far as fixing my iPhone 7 glass and boy I should've gone to apple or literally ANYWHERE ELSE! I noticed from the beginning that the picture on my phone was not nearly as sharp as it used to be and it became increasingly hard to use the screen as time went on. The touch on the screen became less and less responsive to the point that probably 60% of the screen doesn't work at all, forcing me to go buy a new phone altogether. Also as a side note, my mom tried calling to get a quote from this place and they didn't answer for hours! With that being said, I WOULD NOT recommend iPhone Pro Repairs to ANYONE!!
