I agreed because I don't have the time to go look for another shop. I return to pick up my phone at after taxes it's now $180 he claimed. I paid. One week later my phone has been shutting on and off even at a full charge. This was the first time I ever took my phone in after buying it from At&t 2 years ago. Took my iPhone there to have the screen replaced after I dropped it. Replacement was fine and done in less than an hour. Facial recognition wouldn't work after replacement. Back in March I took my niece's iPhone 6s in to have the LCD and touchscreen replaced. Keavin took great care of me, explaining my options and warranty beforehand.
