From the moment I walked in, the employee barely communicated with me and seemed uninterested in helping. Before agreeing to the repair, I specifically asked him to make sure my phone was still functioning properly before replacing the screen. He simply nodded and said yes. About two hours later, I got my phone back, and the very first thing I noticed was that the new screen was popping out of the phone. When I pointed it out, his response was, "Just don't put it in your pocket because the screen can come off." Seriously? That's the quality of work I paid for? When I got home, I also realized my Bluetooth no longer worked and some of the keyboard letters weren't working either. I returned to the store, and instead of taking responsibility, they told me they could fix it--but only if I paid more money. They damaged my phone during the repair and then expected me to pay again to fix the problem they caused. The workmanship, customer service, and communication were all unacceptable. The technicians refused to take responsibility and had made me come back to the store a couple times, wouldn't issue a refund, and acted like none of this was their fault. Save yourself the frustration and take your phone somewhere else. This was a complete waste of money and one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

Hello...Beware Public....Latino Cellular #4 is doing illegal practices..and it shows with simple…read morethings they are incompetent to resolve .....I went in to pay my gas bill ...I was not given the correct receipt and when i told the person that made the mistake to correct his mistake ......he gives me a seperate receipt that does not match our transaction ...He refused to call the owner Ramon and admit his mistake....the next day the owner and his wife refuse to provide me with a corrected receipt that shows the transaction ..I have never went through something this with any business but these guys.....the owner and his staff are liers...the only reason i can think of not providing a proper receipt to the customer unless you are hiding money ...or hiding your business numbers from the state or government ...there is no reason to not provide a proper receipt to a paying customer.....They think they are smarter than the customer and lie their butt off...they will tell you whatever they feel like very corrupt business.....Watch out public...These people are doing illegal things and i have the proof
