I don't know where to start with our praise of Fixtures Ect. Last spring my husband and I decided to gut two of our bathrooms, they are on top of each other so he convinced me that this was the right way to go about this construction. I looked on the internet and found Fixtures Etc. One Saturday morning in April we walked in and was greeted by Melissa who walked us thru the showroom and gave us ideas, priced out products and gave us many brochures to look at. She spent a lot of time with us. She gave us a very comfortable feeling and great service, she and others are very knowledgeable for your products. We left your showroom ready to take on this project. It took us several months of designing the spaces and redesigning the spaces until we knew exactly how we wanted the bathrooms to look. I also had to convince my husband that the laundry would be much better in the upstairs bathroom (it is wonderful). Since our first time at Fixtures Etc. we have worked with Melissa, Joanna and Chris. Melissa and Joanna both worked with us quite a bit and were a great resource, we didn't have to worry if we could not get to talk to one of them because they we both helping us with our dream bathrooms. Our goal was to have the bathrooms completed for Thanksgiving, we had 70 people here for a wedding reception and true to their word everything arrived in time to make the date happen, even with our contractor quitting on us after my husband had gutted both bathrooms. I have sent pictures of the finished project to Joanna and could not be more pleased with the results. The Hansen's of Groton Mass highly recommend Fixtures Etc. to anyone who want to know and we have been singing your praises to everyone we know. Fixtures, Etc. and their entire staff are FANTASTIC! My wife and I recently remodeled 2 bathrooms and purchased more than $25k of fixtures, cabinets, toilets, sinks, marblestone, glass doors, etc. - everything. They not only helped us pick everything out, they were exceedingly knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. We enjoyed each and every visit to their showroom. They were even more knowledgeable than the other three major bathroom specialty retailers in NH we visited. Joanna willingly spent as much time as needed with us over several visits to ensure that nothing was overlooked. They fulfilled our every wish and desire. They went 'above and beyond' to satisfy us in every way from selection, to product tracking, to the minor service we needed when one of the cabinets had a manufacturing defect. They contacted the supplier, arraigned for the replacement, and followed up with them to obtain immediate shipment - all without hassle or cost to us. We did not have to do anything other than select and purchase the products. They did all the rest for us and, at a very competitive price. Products arrived on time in perfect condition. Communication throughout the process was timely and constant which only added to the comfort we already had with them. What a wonderful experience!!! I'm actually looking forward to my next bathroom remodel. My husband and I remodeled our bathroom with Fixtures Etc and we found the staff to be not only extremely knowledgeable but very friendly as well! We struggled with this remodel due to the fact that our layout is very unusual. My husband and I visited quite a few bath showrooms, but found the staff at Fixtures to be the most helpful because they were able and willing to think outside the box and come up with a few options for us. We worked mostly with Joanna and Carolyn, but were helped by the other staff members as well. We truly felt as if they wanted us to be happy with the end result. My husband and I were upgrading our kitchen and bath cabinets. We wanted to compliment the cabinets with nice hardware. After several recommendations, we checked out Fixtures Etc. Wow! the selection is crazy. My poor husband glazed over half way through the store! We worked with Joanna and she was fantastic! She helped us narrow down our selection. We ordered the hardware and then found our cabinet install date was bumped up so we needed to have them expedited (over the weekend). We contacted Fixtures Etc. over the weekend via email and Trudy made it happen! We got the hardware on time and could not be happier! It was a pleasure dealing with Trudy; she took an inordinate amount time over the phone to carefully explain the pluses and minuses of different products and fully answer my many questions. Dealing with a store owner who has a personal interest in their products is far better than dealing with a call center rep who only has a piece of paper describing products in front of them. I found her site because my internet search turned up a sink I was looking at for an excellent price. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering building or remodeling. read more

I own a condo in Haverhill, MA. I Had a kitchen sink that separated from the granite counter. Called probably 10 businesses before I found one that would help. - Fixtures etc. The voice on the other end of the line was the owner. She was, and is, VERY PLEASANT, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, and VERY willing to help. It is difficult to have a small project that a company will take on...to busy, too small a job...not enough money. I went in the store to look at their inventory of shower/bath items since I heard that their inventory was impressive. I was amazed with their selection, and more impressed with their customer service and in-depth product knowledge. I dealt with Trudy, who guided me thru my bathroom renovation project with ease. I was extremely pleased with the package that she put together, and the end-product is amazing. My next project is some kitchen upgrades, and I will not hesitate to do business with her again.
