They broke a lamp that was in the family and for decades and was given to my wife from her mother. Over the bed there is a ceiling fan with four lights if I wasn't there they would have destroyed that also. The adjustable base wasn't adjusted properly and they had to take the mattress off again to lower the legs on the base. A blind man could see that the base wasn't adjusted properly. The demo was pretty much useless because the two guys could barely speak English well enough for a person to understand what they were saying. So no demo. Called Bobs to complain and they never got back to me. I should have gone to Ashley Furniture.

Jowi at the Salem office showroom was super nice and helpful. We decided on Thor Kitchen appliances and they are amazing quality, and priced very fairly. They do take credit cards but charge an extra % so we paid by check so no problem. The fridge came damaged and then took a while to get a replacment which was a bit of a pain due to supply issues but they communicated with us and we finally got the kitchen of our dreams completed! At the end, Victor gave us a nice gift, which was so nice and appreciated! I can not recamend Moderno enough! Excellent products and customer service!

What I like... - gorgeous furniture…read more What I don't like... - $300 delivery regardless of how many items, big or small - no option to pick up because they "have no space" - pricing in store is often significantly higher than website. Store will match if you bring to their attention, but if you don't catch it, it can cost you $800 more on a single item - we had to refuse delivery twice on the same item, as it came with significant damage, wear and tear, and prior use. - employees try to gaslight you into accepting damaged goods because "that's normal for furniture"
