I am so happy that I found this spot! A girlfriend and I met up here mid day for some casual drinks and this really was the perfect spot for that! I loved that they had a rooftop, which we got to enjoy on such a nice, warm day. We were able to order using the QR code at our table, which was so convenient and our drinks got up to us so fast! My friend and I enjoyed a frozen candy apple drink ($12) and a spiked frozen tropical lemonade with mango rum ($12). Both drinks were fruity and so tasty and it was perfectly sweet for me. They had a large selections of drinks and had a food menu as well. I love that they had specialty drinks and everything sounded so good! We came on a weeknight since we had a discount from a local dining club. It's mostly a bar with alcoholic seltzers and other drinks but we were specifically here for dinner. Our red pepper walnut dip, flatbread and pierogies were surprisingly good. I have to say I wasn't crazy about my hard seltzer but my wife absolutely loved her housemade ginger beer. Excellent! I was so excited to try Fizzwerks. We went before a DPAC show on a Friday evening and didn't have any problems getting a table. Service was also fast and all the staff were so nice! Love that you can do a seltzer flight of 4 for just $8. The strawberry one was my fav! The root beer fizz was also really good! Food was awesome! I had the crunchy orange chicken sandwich with the grain salad. We also got the pickle fries. Friends had the try 3 appetizer sampler with some delicious options and the pierogies. The vibe is laid-back and rustic, with an open, airy space that's perfect for groups. We came on a Friday night, so luckily also caught the Bulls' fireworks in the distance :) The seltzer flights are a must-try! $8 for four flavors, and they rotate in seasonal, creative options. We sampled them all, and the fizz tea and pickle (yes, pickle!) were standout favorites. The food was also amazing for a brewery-style menu. Their dips were all tasty, friendly chicken tender and fries were fresh and flavorful, and the pickle fries completely stole the show. Even if you're not usually a pickle person, I'd still recommend trying them-the pickles are so thin, and crispy! Fizzwerks is a craft hard seltzer brewery that recently opened up on Ramseur St (which has really been popping off with so many great new businesses)! I decided to get a flight of 4 seltzers, that ranked from my most to least favorite are: Fizz Tea (fresh black, pekoe, oolong tea, lemon), P.O.G (passionfruit, orange, guava), Melon Mint, and Tart Apple (seasonal). As not really an alcohol girlie, these drinks were perfect for me- not overwhelmingly strong + interesting, clearly distinguishable flavors with a good amount of sweetness. Ambiance is nice and spacious: there's indoor (bar, table, booth) and rooftop (unfortunately closed for a private event when I went) seating. Each table had QR codes to order through or you can directly order at the bar. Service was friendly and fast. I've heard the food here is really good, so will definitely have to come back to try. Plenty of free parking nearby (on Newman St, garage on S Elizabeth St). 9/10 would recommend! read more

I love the variety of drinks available--whether they be hard seltzers, beers, cocktails, mocktails, or sodas, there is something for everyone. Our group also loved the snack options, especially the dip trio. The pierogis were good, though we were surprised that they were fried and served with buffalo sauce, but they came out HOT, so be prepared to be salivating by the time you get to eat them. It seems that there are a lot of events that happen here and unless you are constantly checking social media, you might get caught (we did) in a situation where the only way to enjoy this location is by purchasing an event ticket. A group of us came out to listen to our friend Heather Rogers play on the rooftop at FizzWerks. We had such a great time and the sunset views were beautiful. Our drinks were delicious and we tried a few of their dishes: ricotta and peach spread, cacio e Pepe flatbread, pickle fries, and French fries. All were so tasty!
