I told him what I was going to buy and he directed me over to the store side. I waited in line for 5-10 minutes as two ladies at the counter were helping a customer with their purchases. When the customers left so did the ladies who were working the counter. They both looked at me and didn't ask if I needed help or assistance. They just left without a word. I thought that was rude as hell. I only hope their wine that I purchased won't be as bad as the lack of customer service I didn't receive from either of those ladies. The man that greeted me had to come over from the restaurant side to help me as he worn himself how they ladies just left me so rudely. J told him that I knew nothing about wine and I needed advice on what to choose so I asked him what were the best options and he chose for me and I went with those choices. The inside was cute and chill with soft music playing. But thank God I don't ever want to come back here again not even to purchase a thing from this establishment. I give them 0 stars but unfortunately there has to be 1 star. I give if to the gentleman who ended up helping me. Shame on you ladies for your rudeness and lack of customer service.
