I love the decor of the salon and how spacious it is (can be a little dirty at times) I had one bad experience with my pedi once when I had a different person to do it once and I didn't feel like it was done right. I don't like the fact that they don't use the plastics bags to change out for each customers nor do like not knowing where the tools is coming from meaning is it coming from a sanitary package or not ‍. 90% of this time I get exactly what I want and if not done correctly I simply ask for a redo and they are more than happy to do so.
