I've been here a few times . I would only get gel pedicure . There's only one lady who does a good job on my toes. I went yesterday and I got a different lady. The quality of my toes was OK but then I decided to get a manicure. The manicure was shitty and rushed. It doesn't even look like she trimmed my cuticles at all. The polish was uneven, and you could see in some places where the topcoat wasn't even applied there. It looks like my nails have been done for weeks and it literally hasn't been 24 hours. The service is here are always rushed. I understand when times are busy, but there was barely 3 people in the shop and they were getting pedicures. I usually call in advance but they will always do there best to fit me in when I need to come in. They have a wide variety of gel colors to choose from and if I am not sure they always help me pick out a color as well. This is 1.5 weeks old and I think they still look great! I've been getting my nails done there since I was a teenager and they used to do a really good job. But eventually for the price I decided to get a nail technician because it was more bang for my buck. But I continuously still went to Noire for quick fill ins,sets, and pedis. They HAD ME as a loyal customer that always came back. The last couple times I went it was always an issue: the shapes were all different, my nails would fall off after 1-2 weeks, the pedicure French probably the worst Ive ever seen. But even after allll of that I still came back. Until today. I went to get a quick fill in with the owner. She told me she could finish within the hour. She couldn't. I gave her an hour and a half. All the shapes and length of the nails didn't match and to top it off I told her to do a simple design and I honestly have no idea what this is but it's bad. The whole time she complained about the previous nails my nail tech put on. How they didn't look natural. Does this look natural? She seemed mad and frustrated that I wasn't only going to them for nail services. Which is bold because I was the ONLY customer in the salon. I went in to get my eyebrows done. I was appreciative that they took me after closing but they ruined my eyebrows. I don't think the eyebrow lady knows what she's doing or is certified because now I have a patch missing from my eyebrows. I had nice eyebrows that needed just a touch up and trusted that this salon had quality employees but once I let them touch my eyebrows, I am immediately regretting it. She suggested to wax them instead of thread because it was quicker and I was like okay. Now they look terrible, I have to draw them in and wait for them to grow for 2 months. Stopped in here on a whim. There was maybe 3 workers at the time, waited about 20 minutes to get started on a fresh set. I'm always nervous going to new shops- especially since this is a birthday set. The end result was very clean and professional. I adore the end result. Quality seems to have declined from my prior visit. I noticed the nail polish they use for gel mani's is a generic brand. The polish is beginning to chip off on my non - dominant hand within a week of my gel mani, which indicates the polish they use is probably cheap. I have not been doing anything intensive with my hands during the past week either. Not sure if I will go back for a gel mani, but I may return for a non-gel service. read more

I usually get a gel manicure and pedicure but also will get regular polish if I'm taking a break from gel. I keep trying this nail bar hoping for improvements. I've been coming for a couple of years when they will take me. I usually see Helen, and she acts like the manager. I stopped to see if she could take me as she was just finishing with another customer, and she said about 10-15 minutes. I live directly behind this place, so she confirmed I had time to run home and drop off a bag of groceries. When I came directly back, she had started on another client and told me to wait. I walked out. Today I stopped for a pedicure as there was no one waiting. Once again, Helen told me it would be an hour wait as someone was on their way. Wait...what? The technician was just sitting there doing nothing, but she apparently thought it more important to wait for a"maybe" customer than to take care of one waiting. I received a gel mani and gel pedi. The mani was not good- my cuticles look horrible, the polish doesn't go across my whole nail and some of the nails are square and some round. The gel is already chipping off in less than 1 week. It honestly was one of the worst cuticle jobs I've ever received. I went to this salon this past Sunday. Usually I'm pretty open to trying new salons, and because this one is so close to me, I decided to go. The lady who was there was very nice, and I did not have to wait. However, I am very disappointed in the outcome. I picked out a pink color, and the next day my nails turned yellow. (And no, I did not get the polish that changes color when it's hot or cold) not only that but the polish has already started to chip off not even a week later. I also was a little taken back by the price. I paid $92 for a basic manicure and pedicure with gel. To pay $92 and my nails turn yellow and chip off is really disappointing. The shop is nice, but their manager was rude and their techs didn't do a good job on my mom's or my nails. My dip with tip pedi didn't last for even a week and it's a style to last weeks or more dependent on your nail growth. My moms mani didn't last a day.
