Half way through the service I overheard a phone call where he was berating and using foul language, I have two small children so I was not happy to say the least. When I stepped outside to ask him to please take his phone call to his vehicle the owner exhibited rudeness that compounded my frustration. To make matters worse, the cleaning process resulted in significant damage to my pool deck, leaving me with an unsightly and costly repair. Mitch Reed told me I would be added to the schedule and it would be within 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks I called--Mitch told me the rainy weather set them back--it would be another 2 weeks. After 2 more weeks I was told they were re-ordering pavers and it would be another 2 weeks. 2 weeks later a work crew showed up on Friday and said they'd be here "next Tuesday." Another 4 weeks and I contacted Mitch and asked if they had lost interest in the job. He said "no, we are just really backed up." It is now October (yes, 5 months later) and now they don't even respond to my inquiries. Bad business.

I notified Jeff Knapp of the situation a month ago. He asked me to send photos, which I did and have not heard back from him at all. From the very beginning of this project Jeff has shown an unprofessional attitude toward my project. He thought it was not necessary to come and view the site where the lanai was to be extended. This decision cost the project 3 weeks when the equipment arrived months later and found they could not get to the site because the equipment was too big and the access too small. He gave me a completion date of October. At the end of December the project was completed. One week before I returned with my family. He did not even meet the time frame. After the job was completed and we had the first big rain, my new lanai flooded because there were no weep holes. When I called him to come over, he tried to say it was my fault because I had the floor painted. He tried to say he would not take responsibility if he drilled the weep holes. Now the concrete slab is cracked after only 17 months and he is showing the same indifference that he always shows. He had an attitude when I asked for the garbage left by his workers be removed. There were boards with nails sticking out. It took days before someone came. I paid $9,000 for this job which may be chump change to Jeff but I am a widow and this project was so that my family could come and enjoy their visits. I asked Jeff Knapp to give me the name of the construction company and I would deal with them directly but he has ignored my request. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will also contact the Chamber of Commerce and will post a complaint on every site I can find. Dealing with this company is the worst. Every time I hear him on the radio I turn him off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

He had helped us with raccoons in the past by setting traps and removal of the pests. Why not contact him again since we received superior service?!He lowered the soffit and told us if there was a rodent present, there would be evidence that the soffit was moved. Three days later, the soffit remained the same, meaning no animal. Mike checked on it every day and, after the third day, it was safe to reset the soffit, which was performed by his staffer. Mike and staff were so friendly and nice. Made the whole experience very pleasurable! Best part: he didn't charge us!!
