I'm a monthly member, two cars, since they opened. They were initially much better than the original owners, who were unable to keep the moving floor working and seemed to be more concerned with a la carte services. Until recently these guys were great. A few weeks ago, a lady in front of me was loaded incorrectly and her car came off the track. I had to hit my brakes in the tunnel to let the rollers go under my wheels as she had stopped. I missed her rear bumper by an inch. A similar situation happened today, with three cars damaged; a new Range Rover, an Audi S5, and a new Porche. I was behind the pile up and only narrowly escaped for a second time in less than a month. Probably $5K in damages today.. These guys are loading cars a foot apart. Too close!!! In addition, they have added flashing lights, including red lights, in the tunnel. No-doubt, some people see those and think "brake lights!". Watch out. You could be next. read more

Flagship Carwash was the best decision I ever made. When I drove up I was greeted by a friendly staff member, Mat, who helped me pick a wash based on my personal need. I got a wash with mini interior detail and to my surprise they went above and beyond to make my car look brand new! After the detail was completed my floor mats, floor, and seats were all spotless. They even took the time to remove gum stuck to my backseat! This place is awesome. They cover your car from A to Z, bumper to bumper, inside and out. They hand dry the car after the wash, they not only vacuum the interior but actually take out the car mats and vacuum underneath and then clean the floor mats, interior windows etc... I just moved to the area and my friend recommended this car wash maybe it was just an off day but everything looked perfect except that I had some chick fil a styrofoam cups in the cup holder of my car, which I thought they'd throw away but that's fine. Anyways, they punched a hole in the cup and there was coke filled up in the cup holder a very nice elder gentleman helped out as much as he could but it was just a bit annoying...my main Carwash was the Leesburg station auto wash might be going back there. read more

Very unimpressed. I got the ultimate Carwash for my SUV which cost $37. The cashier told me this included getting my rubber mats washed and when I got my car, they weren't washed. Additionally, it looked like they hadn't vacuumed the trunk at all alleging that it was locked which makes no sense because they had the keys. Once I pointed these things out, they took the car back to give it a once over, but not before saying that if I pay additional, they can try and get the dog hair off. After they re-vacuumed, the car definitely looked better, but I shouldn't have had to ask them in the first place because it's what I paid for. Definitely not going back. read more

Had high hopes after abandoning this place years ago because of high priced, horrible management and no quality control. First visit was great after re-opening - second visit and this place was back to their old tricks - $33 for a "Superior" service I think not - soaking wet front mats (rear mats were not even cleaned) didn't clean or vacuum the center console and no seat cleaning as advertised. You should not have to watch your car like a hawk to ensure you get what you pay for! I think they sprayed some deodorizer so my car smelled like and a bowling shoe and called it a day. Save a ton of money head west for 2 miles on 50 and go to the BP station -faster, cheaper and no hassle. Sorry new ownership - no quality control = no business. read more

My vehicle was the image of filthy inside and out after a long road trip through snowy conditions. They cleaned it all, cup holders and all!

As of today 6/21/19 I will no longer be coming here to receive car wash services of any kind anymore. I have a Lexus LX470 which is a full size SUV with third row seating, the trunk on this vehicle is split folding which means you open the portion and then the lower to gain full access. I do not appreciate the employees jumping on top of the bumper and scratching/denting it at that just to get inside the trunk to clean it when theres CLEARY a latch to open the portion of the trunk to gain access. I then proceeded to walk into the cleaning bay to show them that there's a latch to open the bottom half and that your scratching the paint on my bumper every time you jump on it just to get inside. To top that off one of my door courtesy lights were broken and the cup holder divider to split the drinks and hold them in place is always missing too along with the half half rush job just to clean the vehicle and get it over with. In the months prior I used to love coming here because at the time of the previous management, they really took care of the customers and vehicles were clean up to par, not the case anymore. If you really care about how your vehicle is handled and a job that will exceed your expectations, look somewhere else. read more

Flagship, Vienna is currently undergoing major renovation and upgrade. They plan on opening their new facility sometime Winter, 2018. Can't wait. I would highly recommend this carwash. Have been going to them for several hears before they closed for renovation. read more

Went today and everything seems fine but when I got to my job and verified the back seats, one of them was not vacuum at all. Still have my dog hair and I understand some of the hair are hard to get rid off but the seat was not touch because looks the same of when I get there. I paid $37.00 for the details but they missed a big detail like vacuum a seat. read more

I have taken my truck to this car wash three times already since moving here and each time I have paid 30$ for the wash. I not only have to supervise the people wiping and cleaning down my truck, and yet still the job is not what not I paid for. I would drive home and have to wipe down my truck and clean it out. Not sure what the unsatisfactory service is but I can only guess with six people working on your car you'd think your car would be cleaned up nicely. I'm very unhappy with the service and I even mentioned it to one of the employees there. The convenience of driving to the car wash less than a mile away and have to pay so much has made me thinking it will be my last time there unless things change. read more
