This location was recommended to me by a friend and I was more than satisfied with the outcome! My car looked shiny and brand new when it was finished and they double even triple checked the quality of the outcome and did it in an efficient and fast manner. This is probably the best car wash to go to in Loudoun County. As for the atmosphere, the waiting room has a comfortable seating area and you can watch a step by step process of the inside detail cleaning. Writing a review again, unfortunately I had bad encounters multiple times in a row before writing my first review. Manager had reached out in the comments saying to email him to try and get it straightened out which I was okay with. I reached out multiple times over email and trying to get a hold of the manager. Got no responses, checked email making sure I had the right one and it was. I noticed I had a friend that also wrote a bad review and had the manager comment the same thing and ran into the same issue. This was my first visit since new ownership took over. I noticed when I first pulled in that the little buildings were missing where I had previously stopped to pay. Always seemed odd to me the placement of them, now they are gone and everything seems to move along much better. The prices seem to be cheaper now as well. As a comparison, I was in and out of the other in 20 minutes sometimes. I was never completely satisfied, but my car always looked and smelled better and I'm not super picky (I didn't have to do it myself, right?) The staff spent almost an hour on my vehicle. These guys know how to clean a big SUV. I have a big ESCALADE, and I don't let anyone wash it. I am happy when I take it to the right place and they get all the winter salt off, and all the fries from my kids from under the seat! So good. Overall, the car is very clean. The reason I did not give them a five star due to the same reason another review mentioned. They did not dry my folding side mirrors very well, when I drive away water starts flying and spreading on the side of my car which in this heat it dries really quickly leaving water streaks on my car. Otherwise, the interior is pretty clean and smells great after the wash. I don't opt for the rain-x which I would love to have but I don't think it's worth it here since my car didn't repel water when I purchased that addition once. read more

I like them a lot, the jobs is quick. Sometimes with quick you don't always get efficiencies so I keep a microfiber cloth and cleaning spray to touch up the areas they miss outside. It beats cleaning the whole car myself since my HOA won't allow that. I'm on the $44 p/mo plan. The wheels always have me smiling at the end when she's done getting cleaned. The inside area is small and there's a business opportunity that's being missed there. I told the owner to put an ATM machine or setup a venmo acct that just collects cash. I hate going there without cash and don't wanna make the effort to go to 7-11 and grab it. I'd even setup the ATM for them. It's a missed opportunity. Anyways, great car wash. Overall it's a good place to get your car washed. But it's not really meant for sports cars. The road leading to the entrance of the car wash is severely uneven to the point where you essentially have to maneuver around the giant storm drain and cracked roads. Additionally, the way the conveyer belt pulls your car through the wash is that it grips your driver side tire and rear tire. With that being said you have to manage to align your wheels perfectly in order for it to grip it. AND IF YOUR CAR IS LOWERED then you might want to go to the one in Herndon because it'll tear your bumper off if you try to enter it. And with road conditions it's better to stay away from this location. Otherwise, definitely go here. read more

I decided to try it out and they were great! The people are very nice and patient. My car came out cleaner than it looked than when I bought it! They're very detailed and quick at the same time. A few weeks back I took by brand new Range Rover for a wash. The car came out shiny and clean, however my side mirror got busted up (make sure to fold in mirrors) I was not expecting their GM Jay to be accountable. I was delightfully surprised when he offered to make it right and pay for the new mirror (not cheap). Today was my first time to use the Flagship carwash. It was a very busy day and I had to wait about 25 minutes in line for my turn. I choose the $32.00 wash, inside and outside. They did a fair job of cleaning my car. I was disappointed in the inside as it seemed they just hit the "high spots". I was expecting more detailed cleaning. However, like I said it was a lot of people in line waiting to get their cars washed. I will try them again when it's not such a busy day. Outstanding customer service and support! My wife and I absolutely love taking our vehicles to Flagship Carwash Center in South Riding, VA. It's in a convenient location, the process and flow works like a well-oiled machine and they are professionals. Recently, there was an incident where there was some damage to our vehicle. We felt it was a result of the washing process and Flagship felt the damage was related to a previous incident. I discussed it with the manager and owner and they agreed to take care of the damage. Being a Senior Military Naval Officer, it warms my heart to say this to a civilian...."Thank You for Your Service!" This center is only receiving 1 star because of speediness. You can get your car wash (inside and out) in under 10 minutes which is impressive compared to other car washes. However, the downside is that quality is lost. I paid for the Flagship car wash and am pretty sure only got the services of a Deluxe car wash. The inside looked like someone just wiped everything down with a dry towel. Now, for the reason why this center is not receiving any additional stars... During my last visit (April 14th), my truck's rear hatch was damaged while the inside was being cleaned. It opened just fine prior to getting cleaned. But afterwards, the hatch wouldn't stay up. I immediately spoke with someone who took down my information and asked me to complete a Damage Claim Form. Within a few days (on April 17th), the general manager called me and said that he checked all of the videos and nothing indicated that the hatch was damaged by his crew. Apparently the video showed the hatch just coming down on one of his cleaners. He said he would send me the video later that day. By the next day I still hadn't received the video. So I emailed him back (on April 18th) and he replied saying he was busy and would send it later that day. Now let's jump 5 days later (April 23rd) and I still hadn't received the video. I emailed the general manager and never got a response. Meanwhile, I had taken my truck into my dealership to get an estimate which came to be $100 (parts and labor). I emailed the estimate to the general manager. But as you probably guessed, he never responded to my email. So on the morning of April 25th, I sent him one more email asking for a response by COB... and never received a response! I will never take my truck or my wife's car to this center again. What could have cost this center $100 (or even half that as I would have split the difference) is now going to cost them on average $50/month. There are plenty of other competitors in the area that may take longer but are less expensive and provide a better quality car wash. Go check out the Stone Ridge Car Wash at the BP gas station in Stone Ridge! Sorry, Flagship... you just lost 2 customers and we'll be sure to tell all of our friends and neighbors! read more

Just had my car cleaned here. Paid $37 for the "Flagship Service"....it took maybe 7 minutes and the car came back looking like it hadn't been vacuumed at all. Now granted I almost never get my car cleaned (doing it now because I'm selling) but I expected at the very least for the car to be vacuumed. Disappointed. read more
