Decent car wash. Missed a few tough to remove spots in the hood of my white car. A bit pricey. Overall not bad.

This car wash is a little on the expensive side, but my car does seem to come out clean once it is all washed. The staff does a great job with the inside and getting in all the nicks and crannies with the powerful air blower. The down side is that once I am all done with this rather expensive wash; I have to navigate around all the pot holes filled with dirty water on their lot so that I do not leave dirtier than when I first arrived. read more

Stopped by this wash to get the salt off my car after the nasty weather. Looks like it's under new management now as it's changed from when I was there before. Staff was super friendly and were prompt at getting the cars in and out. After going through the wash, you get out at the end and they'll do the interior. Kind of cool being able to seem them work from the room though. After they finished, they actually came out and looked over the car with me. They did a fantastic job, both inside and out!! Havent gotten a car wash in a while so decided to stop by for a mini detail (the express interior package). Was super impressed with the customer service shoutout to Mat for really taking care of me! I pulled up onto the belt and threw it in neutral and before I knew it I was around the corner with a team furiously wiping down and prepping my car before they pulled my car around the corner and topped it off with a deep vaccuum and thorough cleaning of the interior (shampoo on the floor mats spotless)! In and out in 20mins would highly recommend!!! read more

I like this car wash. It's always a pleasant experience when I take my car here to be cleaned. There are very few times where they miss my wheels or don't clean something on the inside properly, however, I just call them over and they've corrected the issue each time. read more

Went for a detail and all of the clips for my floor mats were not replaced and not placed in the cup holder as usual. Complained to the supervisor and he told me to email him my VIN, so I did, 5 times, with no response and no compensation to purchase replacements. I am loyal here and pay for monthly car washes, so this is very frustrating that the follow through of the manager was not there. I shouldn't have to chase down the person who told me he would take care of the issue and call me when the parts are in to correct the issue. Disappointed to say the least. read more

I went to the car wash this morning and paid the most you can pay for a car wash and it would be nice if they could provide the services that they guarantee. One of the things they did not do was wash the floor mats. They also didn't dry many areas of the car. All this while they had about eight people standing around doing nothing. read more

5 stars. My Mazda 3 hatchback has been to hell and back, I'm talking about grimed in dirt and crap from multiple road trips, dirty work boots, trashed by passengers bad. It was so bad that I couldn't stand that dirty car odor anymore and was looking for some place to really give me a deal for the type of cleaning it needed. I rolled up to Flagship and I see this big inviting smile pop up on the first gentleman you see when rolling into the lot. He has the type of energy your looking for on a late Sunday afternoon, just trying to get things done as easy as possible. I suggest you interact with Mat, anytime you come there. Extremely awesome service and manners. He took a good look at my car, I mean even popped my trunk (with my permission) to see the the condition. Told me the truth of what the options were, what I would quite literally be getting. I chose the mini detail, because truthfully my car was bad and the price was right. He gave me great instructions for someone who rarely goes to car wash places. Made my feel so welcome. As I remember, pulling through the automatic car machine is always an awesome experience. The place is definitely equipped to get the job done, the whole establishment looks practically new but Flagship has been around. Then you let your car go through another belt before the employees start mini detailing. I used the restroom inside while I waited, was nicely kept. I waited about 20 mins and done! That was crazy fast in my opinion. I was shocked they got OLD stains out my seats, my interior looked like I just had bought the car. The most satisfying thing to me were the carpets. Those suckers were BAD....and they literally couldn't have made them look newer. Whole experience was top notch, the best outcome I could imagine for the time and price. I stopped here for the first time today and I am very pleased. I had no idea this place was even here. The attention to detail was great, I don't think my vehicle has been this clean since we bought it. My husband doesn't usually notice when I get my vehicle cleaned but he noticed today. Had no idea this place was there! It's not really visible from the street and no big signage either. The cashier was really friendly, we chatted about Georgia as I noted his Bulldogs cap. I went with the $26 package which included exterior, interior vacuuming, blowing the dirt out, tire cleaning... Should've been more like $12 because after at least ten people touching my car, I still found dirt. Remnants of the Taco Bell I ate the night before, fingerprints and mulch. These places have got to do better but if you nitpick they'll just get an attitude and half ass it even more. The staff was really friendly though. The place is kind of confusing once you pull around to the conveyor belt for vacuuming, etc. read more

Went to get my car washed and my car was returned with a missing $530 Apple Watch!!! Manager took to back to watch cameras and all he kept telling me was "there was nothing falling out the car". My concern wasn't it falling out the car! My concern was who was in the car and slipped it in their pocket! read more

They always rush, paid for ultimate wash the car wasn't even vacuumed. When I complained about being late, the guy called me a "mierda" and couple of other inappropriate words in Spanish not knowing I'm fluent in it. This isn't my first time here, there always a bad experience in this car wash. I had a really good experience at Flagship last week. I opted for the most expensive service because my car interior was in dire need of cleaning. The whole process was about 15 minutes and they cleaned inside and out, with extra care on the rims and a rain x treatment applied. The cost was $32 and worth every penny. They also unlimited washes for a monthly flat fee. I'll be sure to return next time my car is in need of a deep cleaning. read more

I came in at 8:30AM to get my car detailed for the first time. There was literally no one there, the cashier at the gate greeted me with a smile and asked what service I wanted, saying the price to pay, that it would take at most 3-4 hours to do, and to go through the car wash. I did as I was told, until I was out of the actual car wash portion with cones everywhere not really indicating where I had to go for detailing. I sat for a hot second waiting for the staff to stop talking amongst themselves to redirect me until I realized another car was behind me and figured, "I might as well go through the round again" or "I guess there's another section I might have missed when I passed through the first time to get to the detail side". They all shook their heads at me and saying where was I going like an idiot, but again, if this is my first time getting this done... Shouldn't the attention have been pointed to me to begin with, if that was the case? I got greeted by a man who got really snarky and condescending to me saying he didn't believe I asked for a detail and, again, looked at me like I was stupid because I hadn't unlocked my door at that moment? I handed him the receipt, he snatched it up and said, "You need to get out, like now."  I had my dogs and a few other things I had to get and he had this impatient vibe saying, "Okay, okay. Get them. Get your stuff, leave so we can start" and I was just so thrown off on that whole affair. He asked me if I needed anything else before saying that this job will take 3-4 hours to do. Luckily I had a ride coming to pick me up, but he had this astonished look and scoffed when I told him that I was fine with that before my ride came along. At that point, I had an uneasy feeling, which I had a correct hunch on. When I hadn't heard anything after the 4 hour mark, I called them around 1:15-ish asking for the status. Two people had answered the line and I was on hold for a few minutes saying that they're not done yet but it would take another hour or so to do, with the latest being 6:30PM when they close since they were also working on other vehicles... Which, I still don't quite understand if it's more so a first come, first served type of basis for such a thing since I came in bright and early when they opened - when again, no one was there. I was reassured that I would get a phone call when my car was done. I called again several times, around 4:30 all going to voicemail and voiced my concern on the last attempt. It took them 9 hours, over double the amount of time that they said my car would be finished being serviced to call.  When I arrived, my car wasn't even done. There was only one person there, the assistant manager, but he was scrambling for over five minutes to have everything ready when I arrived half an hour after I received the phone call since I had to call someone to take me back there than originally planned with the 4 hour time frame. I was told it was miscommunication and that neither the cashier nor the serviceman who took my car were meant to say it would be a 4 hour job -- but it also was corrected, that if no one else had shown up to have any type of service done it *technically* would have only taken that long. Still, even if it is an "all-hands on deck" procedure, I believe I should still be entitled to my maintenance first since it is a bigger project to finish and I was practically the first person there. I understand it gets busy, but to be told that it gets completely stalled until a rush ends is just a weird concept in itself - because a big project should always have at least one or two people working on it to avoid delays. I was told it got busy from around 10AM-12PM, my car should have been about halfway through service. By 4PM, I definitely should have gotten an update regarding my car, which I didn't. My main concern was that I would be out of transportation and was immediately told I regardless would have had my vehicle the same day as they "try to get the detailing done as fast as they can". Not as efficient, as fast as they can... Which in this case, technically speaking, if I asked for a detailing job at 2:30PM I would have gotten my car within that 4 hour time frame. I noticed a couple things upon getting my car back, a ring mark on the middle console from a bottle of some sort and that the light compartment as well as the visors for the driver and passenger side weren't cleaned; mats not dried properly; and paint chips missing upon first glance. In the end, I just wanted to leave. I received a $100 gift card out of it, but for $250, it's disappointing I had to constantly call and give benefit of the doubt, when I can't really make it make sense. I find it unacceptable at this point knowing that one of the first things in the morning I received was a grumpy attitude and the timing of this service wasn't fulfilled as promised. read more

Would 100% recommend! I'd never trusted my car with others but they did an amazing job with a full wash, seat detail and hand wax. Everyone was super friendly and explained everything, and they were super quick too! I wouldn't go any where else! read more

Have three cars on a monthly account and not once have they ever shined the tires on the car even though they have it and are supposed to do it the people that wipe the car off never do anything extra even when you tip them. Dulles auto wash that was bought out by flagship was definitely a better car wash than the flagship car wash company. read more

Had an emergency clean up need (someone I drove home had too much to drink) and they were able to get us in same day and did an AMAZING job detailing and shampooing my mom mobile. I was shocked at how clean and new it looked and embarrassed that I had never detailed or really kept my car clean. Price of $220 for vacuum, deep shampoo, and deep detail of 11 yrs of yuck felt reasonable. read more

I am very impressed with the customer service! My husband took my car into the south riding location and I was very angry that my parking pass for work was missing. Once I contacted them, Jay came over to my house, searched my car for the hanging parking pass, handed me a gift card for future visits, and refunded me for a new parking pass. He also showed me a video of the staff cleaning my car and the pass falling off during cleaning. I'll definitely be a returning costumer! read more

Had a car detailed a few weeks back and they did a very good job on that. Problem is the website hasn't worked for months now so no way to see if there are coupons or get a price list or the hours or anything. You just have to go there. The machines cleaned my car really well and it was wiped down after. They were quick and efficient.

I am very disappointed with the service at this car wash. The interior of my car was dirtier than when I arrived. Someone got dirt all over the seats. When I drove around to point it out to the cashier, he was very rude and said that was not possible and he would show me the security footage. I simply wanted the seats wiped off since they were clean when I arrived. He told me to go back through the line, and someone would wipe them "for free." I didn't have another 45 minutes to wait, so I left and will never return. Save your money and go through the gas station car wash. read more
