He restored my dirty and stained leather upholstery seats and my interior carpet to pristine condition . The outside , including the rims and tires were cleaned to the standards of the my car when I first fell in love with it , in a dealers show room. It is now so clean and beautiful that I am going to turn over a "new leaf " and stop my sloppy habits of eating and drinking in the car. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Sometimes there is someone at the kiosk helping guide you about the car wash offerings and informing customers about the monthly program they have. I opted out since I am out of state, but I come home often and have passed the word around to many of my friends and family. I think it is $30 for as many car washes for the month, but I am not 100% sure on that. Their pricing is comparable to many other car washes in the local area. There are bays available for people to wash their own vehicle. I know it can take sometime, but I personally appreciate the availability to use the bays at my own leisure especially for those who may not have access to a hose hook up or a driveway to wash their car. If you are in a rush and prefer to wash your own car, I would plan well. The employees have always been helpful and considerate. They guided me well to get my car lined up, and they had great communication. This business is locally owned and operated. The owner is a great support of all things local. He has supported various fundraising needs for the schools and local sports teams. He is very generous and so willing to help out.

I approached an employee who said they would eventually work and inserted a token, punched in a code and it started and said let him know. He asked for my tokens (7) and I gave them to him thinking he was going to exchange them. When asked for them back he gave me two and confiscated the rest saying that they were his property. These tokens have a monetary value and have no markings saying whose property they are. He refused to return them to me unless I was going to use them all. This will be the last time there. There are other newer car washes around who I will patronize.

The last couple of times I got the deluxe wash, it was decent. However, on my most recent visit, the staff seemed rushed and did a poor job with the pre-wash scrub. I specifically came in to remove bird droppings from the roof of my car. When I pointed it out, the employee glanced at it and said, "It's clean," until he took a closer look and saw that there were still a dozen spots left. The staff seemed irritable and eager to leave, not customer-focused at all. I felt bad for the one guy was drying all the cars by himself. He had more customer skills than the guy at the cashier. It's disappointing to say this after so many years, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

If you wash your car more than once a month, the unlimited plans are a good deal. They also have self-wash bays, though I've never used them. Employees are always friendly. I like that they towel dry your car after it goes through the tunnel, which not all car washes do for you. That's worth extra to me, and I always tip them as well.

I was able to get a great deal a 10 year old used car (2012 Toyota RAV4), but the car needed some love to bring the vehicle back to "showroom floor" condition and protect it going forward. While Sam has worked on many cars with price points over $100K+, he treated me and my RAV4 as if it was a Rolls Royce. Sam knows that a well maintained vehicle means a lot to everyone regardless of the make, model or MSRP. Sam was even nice enough to update me throughout the detailing process (see pictures of PPF being applied and steam cleaning leather seats). I ended up having the following services done to my RAV4: Polish, Headlight Restoration, Ceramic Coating on the interior and exterior, Paint Protection Film on the hood, behind the door handles and headlights. It should not be overlooked that Sam uses the highest quality products on the market available to him at the time. The produces he uses are all professional grade, high-end materials- he doesn't try to short-change you by using inferior products. Quality and value don't often come together in today's world, but Sam is a true craftsman and I am so happy when I look at my car. My wife, who isn't a car person, was so impressed that she told me "our car looked better than the new cars on the showroom floor." The attached pictures of my car simply do not do Sam's work justice! My hand glides over the smooth body panels. When she exited, one of the people drying the car off saw this damage and brought it to her attention. Long story short, the owner said the car must have had a "weakness" before it entered the car wash. He aggressively spoke to my daughter and I (She FaceTimed me), insisting it was our fault since it only happened to our car and no one else's cars that day. Obviously something in the car wash got stuck and pulled the bumper off. I have a family member who used to work there under the prior ownership and said this does happen from time to time. The new owner, Vick, did nothing but blame us and our car. My husband went back in person a few days later to try to discuss a resolution with him and he again became agitated and aggressive and said it's not his fault. He offered no resolution other than giving us free car washes in the amount that we would have to pay to repair the car. He didn't even refund the price of the car wash after this occurred! Obviously we aren't going to take our cars through the car wash again if we know this type of damage is possible and that we will be responsible for it. Bottom line, a simple car wash has now caused $1300 worth of damage plus the cost of a rental while we get it repaired. I've talked to other people who had similar incidents occur at other car washes and the owners made it right and paid for the repairs. Be aware that this owner will NOT stand behind his service and you are entering at your own risk and expense when you use North Penn Car Wash.
