Familiar faces, consistently good wash, and attn to detail inside too - just went and the attendant did a fantastic job on the interior and it looks like new! Spotless brands manager responded to my damage review of Flagship car wash in Vienna ripping off my rear wiper, having it caught on camera, making me get an estimate and then denying responsibility for the damage because it wasn't reported within 24 hrs. Their workers also didn't even notice ( or say anything) while they were supposed to remove the wiper cover and wipe down my car after the car had passed thru the wash-- speaks to crappy quality control too). Well, I only noticed the broken REAR wiper that night after getting it washed ( when it rained) as I was traveling out of town for the weekend. The moment I heard , and realized that the broken wiper was scratching my rear glass, I immediately stopped using it during the torrential downpour. I reported the incident to Flagship, first thing on Monday morning ( not 24 hrs later as I was busy being out of town, but pretty close and well within a very reasonable time frame) . So my claim, in which damage done to my car was verified by their camera , was denied because I was out if town for the weekend and could not notify them within 24 hours of the damage being done. Their Yelp response is all lip service from their managers to appear on Yelp as though they respond to complaints. But they just waste your time and don't take responsibility for damage they cause AND have insurance for. They have my contact information and email. I went back and forth with them, including their "DM", or whoever they wasted my time with. They can contact me, very easily, if they like as they have all the information. Until then, I will continue to never use Vienna Flagship car wash, and will continue to let others know of the high risk you take of having your vehicle damaged when you take it to Flagship Car Wash in Vienna. Just look at all the other reviews too, where damage was done AND Vienna Flagship car wash denies responsibility for the damage. This is my go-to spot for a quick carwash and interior vacuum. I typically get the Full Service, which goes for $16. This includes floorboard vacuuming, exterior wash, dashboard dusting, etc. The employees there are friendly. They work quite fast and I've always been pleased with the results of the wash. Once you pull up, they jump in right away with the vacuuming (it's pretty powerful). I remove my floor mats ahead of time. Then they send the car through the machine wash. Afterwards, about 5-6 people work on your car by manually spraying/wiping/dusting. And that's it. Done in 10 minutes. read more

After having recently transported some items that left debris in my trunk and back seat, I made the fateful decision to come here, because it's close to my office. Big. "Expletive". Mistake. Should have just gone around ridin'-dirty until the weekend when I could get to my go-to spot. Their supposed top tier wash left water spots all over the car. Later, I noticed the interior wipe down left blue streaks on my light-colored leather seats. But grossest of all was the sticky, snotty sh*t they left after the console smear down - image attached. Once I got to the office, had to grab water, paper towels and clorox wipes to wipe down the inside of the car and get rid of the contaminant, bio hazard goo, which will hopefully help me avoid a bout cholera or dysentry. I paid $44 dollars for the most comprehensive interior and exterior wash. I picked up all the visible trash before bringing my car in, but during the clean they must dislodged some trash underneath the seats that I wasn't aware of, but they didn't bother to pick the items up. I just got the $22 treatment with the liquid spray wax. As has happened every time I get this service when it's hot outside, my windows have essentially baked-in water spots on them when I get home, and they are not easy to get off my windshield. Also, their process does not clean my window under the overhang of the rear hatch on my Subaru Forester. This is a definite downgrade from the previous Embassy service. You have to pay more for vacuuming of your interior. Fewer workers to finalize the wash service (drying of car), no interior cleaning at all for the $22 service and no vacuuming. Car was still dripping water when I left. Had to vacuum interior when I returned home and finish drying car properly. While staff is very kind, their work proves that they need further training. I paid $30 for their Platinum Wash and was disappointed with the results. My car mats still had debris in them and there was still dust in my vents and on the dashboard. Also the OUTSIDE of my car still had bird poop in 3 spots along the door frames (should be easy to spot). Very dissatisfied with the quality of service here. I've been utilizing Embassy Autowash for many years to spiff up the vehicle when it's in need of a bath. I usually opt for the "Ultimate Wash." This includes the Exterior Deluxe Wash, Vacuum Floorboard, Interior Windows Cleaned, Door Jambs Wiped, Dashboard Dusted, Triple Coat Wax, Chassis Bath, Car Fresh Scent, Wheel Treatment, Tire Shine, and Clear Coat Polyglaze Protectant. Their system to clean and wash your vehicle is like an assembly line. Once you get to the head of the line (make sure all of your windows are tightly closed), you get out of the car and turn it over to the attendants. You then walk down a long, narrow hall to the cashier. The hall has windows it's entire length, so if you are inclined or fascinated what goes on during a car wash - you can watch each step of the carwash process. They also sell a variety of car cleaning products that you can purchase. You can even purchase booklets of coupons that you can use to pay for your car wash or give out to friends and family. When your vehicle gets to the end - they drive it out and a small squad of folks move in with cleaning products and towels and proceed to clean and dry off your vehicle. They have a large metal toolbox mounted on a pole for tips. The Ultimate Wash costs $18.25 - I always slip a $5.00 in the tip box. It always annoys me when I see folks slip in just a $1 or loose change for the tip. These guys work hard all day in a dead end job - and I am sure their hourly wage is not very much - $1.00 split amongst all of those workers will go REAL FAR! An interesting side note - their address is 10874 Lee Highway, but their web site lists the address as "10874 Fairfax Boulevard." Some map web sites incorrectly depict this location as being in downtown Fairfax City, while Google Maps correctly displays the location. ALthough it is a good deal you could clearly see that the soap, foam, rain x,triple coat are all diluted unlike in secar where you could see the foam are thick and foamy. This seems like the $ store version of carwashes. Now for the wipe down,they do a sloppy job due to the amount of cars they have to wipe down. My mats were still wet and placed half hazardly. Ohhh Embassy Autowash. I used to come here all the time when I first moved to Virginia back in 2013. I was fresh out of undergrad, had my own car, and was living with roommates in Vienna. Fun times. Occasionally, I would take my car to the car wash to get it cleaned. Usually at a gas station one which is something I wouldn't recommenced unless you just wanted a quick rinse. When I started making a tad bit more money, I would splurge and go to this car wash. I was surprised how well my car looked. I was used to washing my own car by hand back in high school, so this was a shock to me. A drive through car wash capable of cleaning my car "almost" as if I were to do it myself? I upgraded and purchased a new car a year later, and I realized that the quality of the clean just didn't do it for me anymore. It worked out fine when I had a 1996 Toyota Camry, but now I was driving a sports car. So I immediate began to notice every imperfection. Every streak, every swirl mark, every dirty spot missed. It became too much and I realized that I needed to find me a better car wash since I couldn't wash it myself anywhere. I ended up going to another one way out in Herndon. I won't name them here by the way :). That car wash was good to me. A bit more pricier, but they got the little things right. The amount of detail and the quality of their wash is just far more superior. So after taking my car to this new place for a couple of years, I find myself back in the Vienna area. The Herndon one is just too far out the way for me. So after plenty of yelp searching, I decided to give Embassy another go. Maybe they've gotten better? Not really. After my car went through the process, I still had some noticeably dirty spots on the wheels and the interior could have been wiped down better. Pros of this place, the wash quality is in a sweet spot. Better than a gas station wash, but not better than the Herndon one. Your car will look clean from afar, but if you're a stickler for small details, you probably won't like this place. Th price here isn't bad either. Less than $30 for the premium wash which ain't bad from what's out there. I will continue to come here every now and then when I'm trying to save some money, but most times I will probably try to make it back out to Herndon or just forget the wash all together. read more

Staff had attitude, confusing instructions from staff when entering wash, and worst of all my car is still covered in dust and crumbs. My dashboard wasn't touched and my seats are full of crumbs. So we have just recently moved to VA and needed to get our car washed....I guess we were spoiled, living in California, because, when we would go to a car wash, your paid 20 dollars, and we could count on the car being completely vacuumed, run through the wash and then one or two carwash attendents would thoroughly clean each window (inside and out), as well as spot clean the outside and dry it....It takes about a half hour, to 40 minutes and you would tip the guys three or four dollars each for doing a great job ! This is not the case with Embassy Autowash.....They charge $22.00 and you drive the car up and two (one on each side of the car) vacuum the car, they then run it through the wash and then two or three people clean the windows (on the outside only) and dry the car.....They have a "tip box" so there is NO INCENTIVE to do a good job and when you come to inspect your car, you still find leaves and crumbs on both the floorboards and seat covers that were not vacuumed up! The whole experience took 15 - 20 minutes.....We will never come back to this place ever again...Don't people in Virginia know better or at least expect people to do the job they have been hired to do.....? read more

Do you like your windshield getting smeared with tire shine because they use the same cloth they cleaned the tires with on your windshield? Do you like getting that same nasty goop on your steering wheel and your seats? Do you also happen to like having to clean your car yourself after taking it to the carwash? Well, if you like any of these things, then Embassy is your place to go. I suspect that the vast majority of people would not like any of this happening to them. I wanted to like this place because it wasn't too far from home and they always have coupons in the various mailers that come to the house. However after giving them about a dozen tries between my car and my husband's, the ridiculous things that I mentioned above seemed to be the MO and we left unsatisfied each time. To be honest, I don't know why we kept giving this place so many tries, maybe because I kept rationalizing their failures with the fact that I had a coupon. I will say that the pre-was services were always good and the exterior wash is about a B/B-. The folks messing up your interior, though, are not worth the added price of the carwash and with the prices seemingly increasing I cannot justify paying for this. This means I'm still on the lookout for a decent carwash. Oh well. read more
