I wish I could give them a 0 or -5 Review! 1-Star Review I had an absolutely awful experience with We Care Autowash and want to warn others to stay far away. They ruined the inside panel of my car during a wash and then tried to claim it was already damaged when I dropped it off. That was not the case. If it had been damaged beforehand, shouldn't they have pointed it out or made a note of it before taking the car? They initially acted like they were going to make it right by giving me their insurance company's information. I called the insurance and filed a claim, only to find out the owner told the insurance company that the car was damaged when I arrived. The insurance then asked me to provide pictures of the car before the damage. Why would I have pictures of something that wasn't damaged? It was clear at that point that We Care Autowash had no intention of taking responsibility from the start. Their behavior was dishonest and completely unprofessional. It's one thing for accidents to happen. It's another to lie to your customer and to your insurance company to avoid accountability. We Care Autowash has shown me that they do not care about their customers, their integrity, or doing the right thing. Listen, I have been searching the high seas for a good car wash. I was apparently spoiled living in Brooklyn, NY and being able to wash my car 24 hours a day for $20. Now, the price here is different but stick with me. I arrive and was helped immediately. I waited a little before they actually started my car. They HAND wash the cars! No harsh machines. I paid $38 for the full hand wash & interior. They did an amazing job. I had crumbs left In between the driver seat and console (dangerous spot lol) now I made that my reference. If they were thorough it would be gone. NOT only did they do that thoroughly, apparently my debit card fell there too and they found it (again LOL). My new go-to place, period. read more

Bad customer service and it's a ripoff, for just the seats deep clean I paid $120 total ripoff

I had to update my review. I found that if you post a polite but accurate less than favorable review, the little manager Sam starts to harass you. The little manager Sam continues to update his response to my review just to be annoying. After reading other reviews, it turns out that the little manager Sam has always replied to bad reviews with nasty, rude, and derogatory comments (I have reported little manager Sam). I can't recommend doing business here because besides the service lacking, little manager Sam is also devoid of professionalism and accountability. Here's the review that upset little manager Sam: There are some SERIOUS pros and cons here, so be aware if you choose to come here. My wife and I called to make sure they had the availability to schedule 2 cars for a deep cleaning interior and exterior (her car is kept very clean, mine not so much). The person on the line confirmed our appointments and off we went. When we arrived a little before 10:00AM we were put off by the fact that the staff were already working on other vehicles. Not only because they open at 10:00, but because we had an appointment for 2 cars and the staff seemed busy. We were asked to park our cars and were given an estimate of $280 for both cars. We agreed and were told that it would be several hours. It was a bit too early so we couldn't go to any of the stores or restaurants in the plaza so we opted to take an Uber home. After 3 hours or so my wife called to check on the status of the vehicles and was told that due to the "humidity" the cars would not be ready until 5:00PM. By about 3:00PM we took another Uber to a restaurant near We Care Auto Wash (WCAW). As we dined in the outdoor seating in the extreme heat we wondered what humidity could prevent the cars from drying. We finished and walked over to WCAW shortly before 5:00 and noticed that my wife's car was actively being cleaned. We sat for a few minutes before the guy at the desk came to tell us the cars were done. I overheard some of the guys desperately trying to figure out if my wife's car had bags or not (it didn't and I suggest you don't leave anything in the cars) but trying to keep it cool. My wife paid and it turns out that the guy charged her $380 rather than the $280 he had quoted us. When I went in to ask about it he said that I had misunderstood (which would mean that my wife would have also somehow misunderstood him in the same misunderstanding that I misunderstood?). He then said that it was due to the condition of both cars because both cars needed a lot of cleaning. Granted, mine needed the cleaning but she cleans hers meticulously so this was false. I didn't want to make a scene and unfortunately my wife already paid so I left it at that. Pro: The vehicles are immaculate. I haven't seen that level of cleanliness in my car since I purchased it. Con: The person at the desk will take advantage of you if you're not careful. Con: They will lie about their availability so be prepared for the possibility that you will wait the equivalent of an entire shift of work for your car. Ours went from 10:00AM-5:00PM. Suggestion: Get your estimate in writing so you can avoid "misunderstandings" and verify their availability. I'm unlikely to return here since it took 7 hours and they ripped us off, but at least the cars look great. read more

This family run business is a great car wash/detail shop. They do a very good job for very reasonable prices. My advice is to get there early and have a ride unless you are willing to wait. They get pretty busy and often have a line of cars waiting. Depending on how busy they are, you could be waiting 1-2+ hours. Probably the worst customer service I've ever had at a car dealership. It's almost like a drive thru fast food. No greetings, no introduction, not even the courtesy to go over the packages. Guy just tells you to order from the menu board up front. I had selected the elite package which included tire cleaning. Worst mistake since when you go through the car washing machine, everyone looks confused. I had to get someone and wait for like ten minutes before anyone came out to clean the tires. I was looking for a car wash place where it was strictly had wash only and I found it here! My car is very important to me and I have learned that hand wash is better than going to a car wash place that has brushes since it can contain dirt and rocks which can scratch up the paint. This is strictly hand wash and dry only and they do a great job! I am always happy when I leave! They take care of your car and I appreciate that. I just recently joined their membership where you get discounted on every car wash and detailing. They do offer detailing as well even though I haven't done that service yet. Their prices are reasonable...I get the inside and outside service which is $33. It takes about 20-30 mins to wash each car so be prepared to wait...it might be longer when they are busier usually on the weekends. I really wanted to love it here...I am not sure where to start with this car wash. They are one of the few hand wash car washes in the area. The managers do not communicate well with customers, you will be asked to pay immediately upon exiting your vehicle and then pressed to tip while paying. Which I personally find unsettling, as my tip should reflect the quality of your services not your greed... My first few washes here were amazing, there is one staff member who will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfied with their services. I wish I got his name...I shopped at the Home Depot next door during one wash, and he drove my car over, helped unload my cart and put my cart away for me! Not to mention my car was almost perfectly washed that day and he will double check and re-wipe your rims without hesitation! But ever since I started coming biweekly, the quality has dramatically declined. Dirty rims, dirty screens, crumbs and spots missed in the console/cupholder area. I had to ask the owner numerous times to simply WIPE marks off of my seat, not stains, marks. He insisted my car needed to be detailed, my new car I must add. Then proceeded to half heartedly wiped a portion of the seat then walked away. This is the same person that harasses each customer for a tip. Just do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. But if there's anything wrong, and you want to address them, you'll only get insults back. With that being said, service is ok but the manager is unbelievably rude and it is apparent from his behavior that he does not know how to run a business. Upon smallest complaint he retorts and insults instead of addressing any real issues. Make sure you block out some time as they can have a small line when you arrive, however the quality of service is absolutely amazing. I was kind of hesitant to visit this business due to the mixed reviews and not being from the area, but I can't say that I'm disappointed in the service overall. When I first got to the business there was a drive up line to select your service and pay, the only down side at this point is that the prices and details weren't posted (I later saw them inside). The gentleman at the line did a decent job of explaining the services, but I'm someone who has to read something to decide if I want it. Either way I opted for the mini detail which came to $68 for a Mercedes CLA 250. The gentleman told me that the wait would be about 30 minutes and the service about an hour. I was able to wait in my car until they began the service which was great because it was so cold. If you're planning on waiting with your car please wear something warm! There is small waiting area inside, but it only has a space heater and the door is propped open so the heat isn't staying in. There are also tables outside with a burn barrel, but I didn't dress warmly enough to sit outside unfortunately. There isn't a bathroom in the detail area, so you will have to use the one at the laundromat. I'm not sure if there is an agreement between the two businesses, but the laundromat bathroom has a clearly posted "customer only" sign. It did end up taking about an hour for my car to be finished which was not a problem at all as that was the timeframe that I was given upon arrival. When I got the keys backs I was surprised that there wasn't a follow up to make sure I was satisfied with the service. It may have been because it was about to rain, but even a quick walkthrough would have addressed some concerns. When I got to my car the outside was noticeably clean, especially considering when I came it was covered in salt and road dust. The inside which was previously covered in dog hair and sand was also very clean. They didn't get all of the hair and sand, but it was a tremendous improvement. The rear view mirror had a lot of spots, but it was too easy to wipe myself. Despite a seemingly through job I will say is that it didn't seem like my rims were cleaned at all, nor was there any tire treatment. While it could have been from the ride home, I think it's highly unlikely that a 5 minute drive covered all 4 of my rims in dirt. Overall the wash was decent, but I think a walkthrough would have let me point out some key spots to retouch. UPDATE: The reason I needed my car cleaned is because I'm having my car shipped out of the country. Anyone that has been through that knows how tedious the pre-inspection is. When I got to the inspection and moved all of the floor mats/trunk cover it was clear that there wasn't any vacuuming done under the mats at all. I wish I would have taken pictures, but I was in a rush. If you're going to use this business please check the work before you leave, especially if you need the car to be thoroughly clean. read more

I've brought multiple vehicles to We Care over the past couple years and have always left the place saying to myself and others this is the best car wash I've ever been to. Not just in the area. The care they put into each vehicle and respect they give each customer is astounding. I have always been treated as if they value my business and want me to return which is hard to come by these days. I drive around with my dog daily and bring my truck in here to clean up some dog hair and every time i pick it up i'm amazed at how spotless the interior is. No dog hairs. No odor. When Mazda sent their assessor for close-out, the guy who did the inspection said, "This is the cleanest car I've ever seen." I was sure they were going to slam me for a million little nicks and scrapes after 3 years of parking it in the city, but he let me off scot free! Thanks We Care! Best part? The business owner responded AFTER MORE THAN A YEAR berating me for my review and how they could have damaged my vehicle as they only HAND WASH. Well, they used a PRESSURE WASHER. Not sure if that qualifies as a hand wash. But that took the plastic cover off my windshield wiper assembly because before the was it was attached to the car, the way it's supposed to be but when I drove off AFTER the wash it appeared mysteriously on the passenger side seat ! Also of you had hand washed the traditional way with a soft cloth, the spots on the hood would be gone ! No business is perfect and no business can satisfy everyone but when you screw up it's good idea to say sorry instead of retorting that the customer is wrong and an idiot.
