When I pulled up the lane where they wipe it down and clean the inside, I saw Manager, Elvis and asked him if there was any way to get the thick black grease our of the mats and carpet. He took and look and simply said, "I've got you, I think I can get this out." Just a few minutes later, he had it clean! Wow! THIS is why we go back with two cars in our household - excellence! This is the second time I've come here and vacuuming was not done for the back seats and trunk. However, after bringing my complaint to the manager, it was promptly resolved to my satisfaction. I was informed that this company does not wipe the backs seats as a policy.
